So I never ever order regular mchickens, never liked them. The older African American women as I pull up to the drive through asks me if I’m the large coke 3 mchickens and didint mention the large fry, I said spicy mchickens, she then became very confused and said so your the one with the 2 spicy mchickens add bacon, I drew back and looked at her, she then began mumbling “that lil girl did that on purpose” idk what she’s talking about she’s running the drive through, she then closes the window and yelling at the younge Hispanic women “your screwing up orders” this women bare in mind dosent know what she’s doing she’s to tired to be at Mac Donald’s clearly exhausted from standing. She then asks me again am I the one with the 3 mchickens and I say “yes, but spicy” she then goes on to get angry with me and tell me I’m screwing up all the orders, I barely spoke I told her all I said was I wanted them spicy. And she proceeds to very disrespectfully say the total, snatch my card and aggressively run it and push it back out to me. The line shuts down as I’m between window two and one. For almost 30 minutes, 13 to 15 cars pull around angrily and when I get to the window the younge Hispanic women proceeds to apologize and say we have felt with this for months and nobody will do anything. I then tell her I’m going to contact corporate it was very unprofessional how she treated me. This younge Hispanic is clearing trying to hold the store together while this women gets confused and mixed up, it took her nearly 15 minutes to repeat and understand the white car in drive through lane two. I genuinely thought the people were jacking with her but she forgets in two seconds what she took down. I’m very displeased and very likely won’t be needed Mac Donald’s from gentry parkway, in Tyler tx. I get people need jobs but that women isint cut out for...
Read moreThe morning manager Elaine is very unprofessional. As I come in to fill my tumbler she comes up to me in a loud tone in front of the lobby and tell me she's charging me for two large drinks. Which is fine with me, money isn't a problem. My problem was her approach in which she tried to mask with excuses on the confrontation when I brought it to her personally, respectfully like she should have done to me at first. Alleged that people steal. That's understandable but the assumption is offensive and that's still no excuse to be so loud with your suspicion. I was coming in to get hash brown and fill my drink which I've done many many times with no problem. Sometimes they give it to me for free and sometimes they charge but I never assume it'll be on the house and I'll go to the counter and let them know what I've done. Her other unreasonable excuse was it's cross ❌ contamination. Another assumption that my cup wasn't clean and cross contamination is the same as a customer dining in and going back up there for a refill.. what's the difference? Overall I still didn't receive a justified explanation of why she had to approach me in the tone she presented. So my complaint is I just found her wanting to go on a power trip in front of customers but she had the wrong one to...
Read moreI was at the house and had a craving for McFlurry, so I called McDonald’s on Gentry to see if their machine was working (it was). I show up about 10 minutes later and I was annoyed. They took my order in a nicely manner, but no one was at the first window to pay out. Since no one was there, and they were slow, I pulled up to the second window. They asked me to back up, so I did. I pull up, get my McFlurry and guess what.. it’s not mixed ! If I wanted a regular vanilla ice cream, then I would’ve just ordered that because it’s not my job to mix the Oreos all the way in. And then this girl with fish eyes wearing a Christmas shirt (it’s not even Christmas) hands me my food without making eye contact the whole time. So guess what.. she almost dropped my food because she thought I had a hold on it, but I didn’t. She didn’t even say, “here’s your food” or anything. Then I pull away and have to reverse again because she forgot the chocolate milk. Her and the night manager just looked at me like if I was crazy for coming back and asking for my chocolate milk that I ordered. They need a better Night Shift. I didn’t even get the ketchup. Why ask what dipping sauce if you’re not going to put it in the...
