McDonald's — Restaurant in Tyler

I hate giving bad reviews but when it's needed it's needed I'm visiting this place to get my granddaughter a happy meal and I was literally cursed out at the window from a young employee named Darby she must have been having a bad day I don't know I don't care you still do not treat your customers like that she incompleted my order and excuse me she then got mad at me after I corrected her and then proceeded to curse me out really...I then got out of drive-thru to give a complaint to the manager and this Darby push through the doors leaving her job post without permission and ask are you the one who curse me and she proceeded cursing at me while getting in a car. I could not believe this is happening to me then asked for a manager so this young pregnant manager name Shala came to the counter i told her what just happened and she gave me a look 😶(dumb founded) I ask for the employee name and their store number. She said she did not know the employee last name 🤨really and then said she didn't know the complaint number that I would have to go on line really .. how do you not know and you're the manager. MEANWHILE as I got interrupted by a older male customer demanded her attention for ordering 🙄 really.. I did not give this McDonald's my business. But I did go to another site in Broadway and they got my business plus the manager gave me my information on how to file a complaint .. In my opinion there should be a thorough previous background check on hiring employees im sure she has acted out like this before. I'm not the first and surely not the last. Today in the drive thru I attempted to use a coupon from the mobile app. My total was $11 the coupon was 3$ off of 10$. The coupon was having issues scanning so the cashier called the manager (short blonde female) she stayed that they have been having this issue often with this particular coupon and that she would put in a code to apply the -$3. She punched in the code and walked away the cashier then proceeded to twll me my total was $11 I said no with 3$ off it should be 8 something, right? He then got rude with me which aggravated me and he proceeded to tell me no she already gave me 3$ off which wasn’t possible if my total was exactly the same. So he went back to get his manger who opened the window and rudely said what is the problem I then stated the issue and she said look I already gave you your $3 so I can’t just keep giving you free stuff so i said look 11$ subtract $3 is $8!!! Basic math! She then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and rudely stated she already gave me the discount but she would just give me it again to make me stop arguing. Someone at that point be hide me drove off and said this is rediculous at which she yelled at me yes you are rediculous. They finally get the 3$ off i give them my money all while the manager is still mouthing at me like I stole 6$ get my chamge and receipt show her my receipt very clearly only shows 3$ off one time!! She still continues to call me a liar and be rude. How can some place stay open with sucj rude customers and managers!!! My experience at this place was terrible. When I first got there, I thought, wow, this place actually seems decently clean for a McDonalds, featuring that I didn't have very high standards for a McDonalds anyway. But when we got up to the register, the person taking our order seemed to be irritatingly stupid like he was drunk or something. So when we got our order, it looked right, until we saw the drinks. We ordered a medium drink, but that cup was so small we actually had to question of it was a medium drink or not. So after that, we go to fill our drinks with this cool looking, awesome robot drink dispenser thingy, and they were running low on just about everything they had to offer. So instead of coke, we had to get some of the most disappointing sweet tea we had ever tasted in our lives. When we got to the table, instead of having 2 plain cheesburgurs, they put an assortment of ketchup, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and more on mine. THAT got me aggravated. Then, to top it all off, I really was in the mood for a chocolate milkshake. But when my sister went to ask how much they were, she was told that the milkshake AND the ice cream machine were out of order. By then I was ready to just walk out of the door and give this place a 0 star rating. Overall, this restaurant was not something that anyone would look forward to going to, in my opinion. This place was a let down and we will never be going back there again. I recommend that no one else goes here unless you want to waste $25.00 on...
