NobiliTea — Restaurant in Tyler

I have been a Nobilitea customer for years! First coming to Woodland Hills mall location then to BA since that’s where I live. I’ve even been to Owasso store when they opened. Yesterday I stopped in to get a drink for my son and myself. I ordered the Cobbler Chia like I’ve ordered before and the girl asked what type of milk would you like and I said coconut like always. She said that’s a .75 up charge. I was like no I’ve never paid that before. EVER, she and the other girl started trying to tell me it’s been like that forever, and that I’ve probably paid it and not been told or realized. Well that’s incorrect as well I know what I’ve been charged for. She kept insisting it’s always been that way. After this yesterday, I won’t be back to any of the locations. It’s not only that the drinks are way overpriced but have went downhill in the past year. I hate that this happened and will keep me from coming back! You don’t argue...

I only left one star because I couldn’t do Zero. Went Sunday afternoon to the drive thru to grab a tea with my nephew. We got 2 sweet peach black teas totaling $8.21. Placed the order and she tells us “pull forward and we will bring it out”. No problem, I work in customer service so I assume they’re busy, even if it didn’t appear that way. About 5 minutes goes by and a woman brings out one tea, I tell her we got two. She gives an attitude and says I’ll go check that. I hand the first one to my nephew and he gags because it’s unsweet. We waited another 5 minutes still no lady, so I left. Unimpressed we went to HTeaO! We love that place. They are quick, and friendly. The Tea is good, and the rewards program is unmatched. We got 2 large sweet peach teas with fruit and a gallon for the road and it was $3.60!! I will never go back to Nobiltea....

BETTER THAN STARBUCKS

I was recommended this by a friend and was skeptical as I was not a big tea drinker.

Not going to lie looking at the tea wall can be daunting at first. However I've never met a more caring ,patient and lighthearted staff then that at nobili tea.

I probably had 6 different people help me all with a smile . They have options for everything and can navigate around any allergies. The staff is full of great ideas and you can make some amazing drinks like a tea that taste like a chocolate covered strawberry tea , an almond joy or even blueberry pancakes.

Bang for your buck you get a much larger and healthier drink then compared to Starbucks.
