So this is my first time leaving a one star review.
I ordered pizza for my class on a Tuesday, actually going to the physical location, looked at the cashier in the eye, and asked if it was alright to order in advance or if I needed to do something else. She said yes, I made my order, paid for it right then and there, got my receipt (even ordered wings to-go on a separate order) and walked out the door.
THURSDAY rolls around, the day of the pick-up two days later, I walk in at 10:55, expecting my order to be ready. Told them my name, they didn’t even have my name on their system. They kept asking if my name was Emily cause apparently she had the same order as me, and asked me AFTER showing my receipt if I ordered at ANOTHER location. And I almost went into Karen mode and was like “No guys, I ordered here in person, at this location, on a Tuesday, and paid for it, my name is even here.” They said they would have my order ready for me in 10 minutes.
30 MINUTES go by, and people are walking in and out the door with orders. Lunch time is already over at my school by this point, they FINALLY give me my order, and the cashier that SAW my receipt, saw my proof of purchase, asked me to pay AGAIN. 🙃 This was like a $20 purchase, and I already paid for it on Tuesday. I showed my receipt once more, stating plainly, I paid for it, and the cashier looked at me and said “Well I hope I don’t get in trouble with my manager by giving you these pizzas.” I left my receipt with them and pretty much said “Sorry sir! Not my problem at this point!” And left with my order.
I don’t know if the cashier I interacted with had a glitch typing in my info into the system that day I ordered, and I understand people have off days and things get messed up sometimes. But I had my second COVID-19 shot that morning and wasn’t feeling the greatest, had to miss work for that, and had to miss even MORE work picking up and waiting for pizzas. Plus, I had 16 little ones expecting to be fed, and some didn’t bring a lunch that day because they were expecting pizza and I was expecting a smooth transaction.
Needless to say, I wasn’t really happy with my experience at this location and I’m hesitant from ever...

Aaron and his pleasant and genuine convo and customer service redeemed this place today, in THE DRIVE THRU! Give that young man management level position please.
5/13/20 Ordered on the app 5:10 pm as an award for kids schooling at home. Arrived 5:40pm and waited in parking lot a little after the time frame it would be ready. Never received notification. 5 minutes after time 5:40-5:45 pm recommended passed, went in with mask on waited to the side while another customer waiting at counter. Cashier showed up bringing something to 1st customer apologizing for something. Cashier leaves behind oven wall while I'm still standing waiting. In walks a 3rd customer as I'm 2nd customer standing in front of the "touchless pickup" waiting for next service trying to social distance from 1st customer who is leaving with meal and instead of cashier asking if I need help, proceeds to take 3rd customer's order as the customer just starts ordering and lays cash on counter. "Excuse me" I've been standing and waiting and spoke up to ask if my online order is ready yet since its now 10 minutes past due 5:55 pm. Cashier walks behind oven warmer wall asking about my order. Order carried to counter as this #$$hole 3rd customer is still standing at register crowding the counter no mask on, the cashier tries to hand me the pizza at an angle kinda impossible to distance from the idiot customer standing impatiently, cash spread out across counter who has no courtesy for anyone else to step away. I'm a Healthcare worker and I can't be exposed to the rest of the population, I grabbed the pizza and suddenly received notification pizza was ready displaying on my app that its 5:45 pm, but its nearly 6:00 pm. It may look good to corporate on digital review turnaround but its BS. Forget it. Not touchless per your commercial. I can't afford to be exposed by people who don't care about others welfare and by establishments that are not enforcing social distancing for my...
Read moreI keep trying this place but it just keeps getting worse. Most people that go there just want a hot and ready a pizza that no longer live up to the name. If you cant keep up with demand change your process or get another hot box or something. Always have to wait over 10 minutes to get a hot and ready and that's if they have some ready otherwise longer. As others said they will ignore you in the drive through. I've seen ppl walk in and out with food b4 they even acknowledge me at the window. They food is always hot or miss not sure why should be a pretty refined process. I should have learned my lesson by now. But honestly your better off paying $3 more bucks and getting a large 3 toppings from Domino's 1 mile down the road.
9/11/20Just tried them again and to my amazement they had hot and ready in there box bought it and went home to find they didn't give me a pepperoni like I asked just cheese! And even worse they didn't even cut it through! Cut only made it through the cheese not a single piece was cut through the crust!
Attempted to try them again 4/27/22 walked in stood there 5 minutes nobody there to take my order or acknowledge me at all looked in the back saw 1 person cooking 2 other leaning against the counter.they have a chime sound to.let them know someone came in the door.. this is the only location that is just garbage from service to food and everything in-between. I did not order just left . But they have made it clear they don't care ab thr customers or business. I'm rly surprised the owner hasn't worked on this place yet. Just expect the same quality I get from all the other...
