Here’s why I recommend this place: First, it’s bright and clean with some awesome plants both indoor and out (aloe plans and loquat trees anyone?) they have a small indoor seating space and plenty of outdoor seating. Second, they use Porch Culture beans and Sola Bread pastries so you know you’re getting quality coffee and baked goods. Third, the staff is friendly and informative. They had so much patience with the kiddos I brought. Lastly, the location is ideal for many: the student in need of wifi and sustenance, the parent who needs a caffeine fix and a place for their children to play outside in a playhouse, or the couples who need a good date night (they’ve got BYOB from 5-8 on the back porch backed up to Legacy trail). Come support a local coffee shop and see for yourself.

Clean, cozy and welcoming. Outdoor seating available right on the Legacy running/bike trail. Comfortable inside seating as well. My wife and I enjoyed a coffee here on a Sunday afternoon after our bike ride. Staff behind the counter got what we needed but personalities didn't match the vibe this place looks like it wants to portray. They were just kinda "there". We both had the brown sugar bourbon hot latte (I ordered mine half syrup). Both were VERY sweet. The location and atmosphere will definitely bring me back to give them another try.

Just went to a little family owned jewel called the “Coco Bean” in a new retail strip nearby the “Fresh” Marketplace in Tyler Tx. They serve Porch Culture Coffee products, Sola Bakery baked goods, delicious salads, sandwiches and fresh squeezed juices from 1948 in Tyler, and more. I enjoyed a seasonal apple spiced chai tea on the rocks in front of a gas fire pit outside by the trail. If you feel like a bike ride, rent one of their bikes and take a ride! Y’all go check it out and support this newly launched family business!

Food and drinks looked good but the customer service was atrocious, so I didn't even order anything. I am 9 months pregnant and had taken a 2 mile walk on the trails behind their shop. After my walk, a drink sounded really good, but I definitely needed the bathroom first. I walked in and there were two ladies at the front desk/enteance. I asked if they had any public bathrooms and the lady told me they were around the register. I looked where she had motioned and it looked to me like that area was just for staff, and I didn't see a bathroom sign anywhere. I asked for clarification, and the lady who I had originally spoken to, rolled her eyes, sighed and got up, very annoyed, to go show me. Before she got to me or said anything, the other employee, sighed and told me very rudly that yes, that was where the bathroom was located. They were both so rude that I used the bathroom and left. The lady at the coffee bar sounded nice when I walked by and heard her interacting with other customers, but the front desk ladies were extremely rude. I might go back for the trails, but I will not be going back...

I gave someone a ride to Tyler and needed a place to use my laptop while I was there. I looked up where I could use internet all day if need be and this place popped up. I honestly thought I was lost when google took me through a residential neighborhood. I was impressed though. The set up is so cute. It bumps up to a nice biking area and you can rent bicycles (I did notbut you can) inside there are cozy sitting areas. Plenty of plugs if you need to charge laptops or phones and even games and puzzles. You can walk in and order or you can order from the window that connects to the patio outside . I ended up having a zoom call so sat at an outside table. There is a playground area for kids. I actually didnt want to leave. The coffee wa perfect as well. Plenty of snacks and grab and go foods. Friendly staff. Love this little hole...

I love good coffee. If you do too I would choose somewhere else. Cold brew didn't taste like actual cold brew, very watered down. Asked for drip, which they didn't have even though advertised. Unapologetically was offered an Americano which I don't care for and is not a replacement for good dropped coffee. The small cold brew my wife got was overpriced at 6.50. The person behind the counter seemed indifferent at best that he had customers. There was a lady interacting with him who appeared to be the owner or manager. She cut across in front of us to talk to the server and also made no gesture towards us of excuse me or anything. Overall a poor experience. There are other very good options in Tyler many close to this location with excellent coffee and fantastic service. I would recommend any of them...
