This is my favorite coffee shop. Loyal customer since 2022. The coffee is FANTASTIC and the food ( ALL GLUTEN FREE) is delicious! I don't like to leave a poor review but I did not see a place on the website to contact a manager directly so hopefully someone will see this review and look into some things. It seems that the last several months, every single time we go in, multiple items are not available. Considering a grocery store is next door, it seems unusual to be out of things like cream cheese or avocado. I understand being out of some of the Gluten Free items occasionally, but more often than not when I go in for a breakfast biscuit or a bagel, they are out and for someone who has to eat gluten free, this is an extra blow because no other coffee shops in the area have an entirely GF menu. It also seems the staff has been struggling. I understand long wait times at coffee shops ( although it has gotten a bit worse in recent months), but our last two visits we had orders taken incorrectly, and received incorrect food/drink items. I really hope the supply/inventory issue is looked into because there really is not a reason to be consistently out of the so many items. Half the food menu is not available every time we visit. I worry if these issues continue, this shop will eventually fall out of favor and not last much longer and it really is the best shop in town for the items they provide, they just need to work on keeping inventory and fine...
Read moreThis was my first time trying this coffee shop. It was so cute and they make a delicious cup of coffee. Unfortunately the customer service was atrocious. I got there around 0910, and put in my order around 0915. We got 2 drinks and a sausage bagel. My friends drink came out and mine never did. So I went up around 10 min later and said hey I'm still waiting on my drink and food. The cashier said someone must have taken my drink. We watched the entire time there was only one drink made. Then also she said I am the only one making food so once the line dies down I will make your food. Um, why are you cashiering and the only one who can make food? There was 4 people working. So I gave it another 10 min (she never once asked the line to wait just a moment while she put my sandwich in a microwave) and I walked back up. I got in line this time because I was livid. 25min on a cup of coffee and 45 min on a sandwich that was not going to be made. When I asked for a refund she agreed and then said "Oh I just didn't have time to make it."
I will never go back. Don't waste your...
Read moreI didn't want to give this place 1 star, because the coffee is definitely miles better than Starbucks.
The coffee is good if you don't mind waiting an extremely long time to get it. I can't recall ever seeing a coffee joint as poorly ran as this place. If you go through the drive-thru and there's more than one person in front of you, forget it. It's at least a 10-minute wait. If there are two or more in front of you, it's best to just drive down the road to Starbucks or PJ's.
Crema has lost my business many times, because I can tell at a glance of the drive-thru line how long my wait will be to get coffee. Whether or not I go inside or sit in my car the wait will be long, because there's only 1 espresso machine to service both the drive-thru and the inside.
It's quite apparent that the people running this place never expected to have to run it for efficiency, because if you take a moment to observe the people working behind that counter you'll see utter chaos when it's busy. It's sad, because this place does...
