Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tyler

I love this PH! I rarely have issues (most times the order takers/cooks do NOT pay attention to the "special instructions" section of the order receipt on online orders). Other than that...we have no issues. The service is fast & friendly & their products are amazing! Perfect amount of toppings, pizzas are made nice & neatly & a big one...the DOUGH IS ALWAYS FRESH!!!! We have ordered from MANY PHs & this is the only one that always uses fresh ingredients on their products. Thank you very much for that!

I have had only ONE bad experience with this particular store however. On 10/11/19 at approximately 220 pm, I missed a couple of calls from the delivery driver bringing our order. (I simply didn't have my phone on me). When I checked my phone I had a received a text from the same unknown number that read (and I quote) "I am skipping you...this is PH". I have worked for a PH owned by the same franchise as this store and I am aware of the protocol for a situation as this. The driver should have called the store & explained to the mgr that he was unable to contact me. In which case the store would have attempted to call me. THEN, if unsuccessful to contact me, the driver should bring my order back to the store. The driver did not follow protocol in this situation. AND I KNOW for a fact...you are to NEVER tell a customer your are "skipping them". That was incredibly rude! And very much unappreciated.

I was trained as a mgr that it only takes ONE bad experience for your store to lose a customer. They could have 100 great experiences but it only takes one bad experience to lose their business. I will not be taking my business elsewhere. I enjoy this store too much. But I do hope the mgr reads this, plus reads the complaint I am going to file online & I hope he/she listens to my complaint and takes me seriously when I call the store.

This place has got to be the worst I have ever seen and I haven't actually ever even seen it!! I had delivery about 2 weeks ago..it was late so we called and were told it had been sent out for delivery 30 minutes prior. It got to us about 10 minutes later, and no surprise the wings were cold (or at least what they consider wings)..and the big chocolate chip cookie was burnt..no one in the office wanted any of the cookie is how burnt it was.,,called about it and I was given a credit. I called today to use the credit..waited..at 15 past the time it was supposed to be here I called..at first was told that they had no order for me at all..then was told yes they do have an order it was just under the company name..(i hadnt given them the company name, id given them MY name) and that it was out for delivery. It got here about 10 minutes later and was literally LEFT at the front counter. I was going to give the delivery driver a tip still, but since he had dropped the food and run I wasn't able to do that. To my disappointment the "wings" are again cold..colder than the last time..and when I say "wings", what they consider to be honey bbq wings is taking the breaded wings and drizzling bbq sauce over them. They weren't even coated in it like other places that have wings..it was drizzled over them. And the cheese sticks were one large cheese stick..they weren't even cut. Will not be going or ordering here again. You would think with as many bad reviews as there are that they would try and change SOMETHING but I guess when you don't care,...

I absolutely LOVE this pizza hut. It's literally 0.4 miles from my home here in the azalea district.... But besides that Mr Jeremy whom I don't know is the manager or what however I do believe he is, by the way this evening I called up there and got my order taken by him as I've had in the past and he has always been so very friendly and nice on the phone and actually acted like I was not a bother and he actually has a positive attitude.... And that is every single time that I've called up there at a place in order so I could come in and pick it up. To be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to that Pizza to be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to this Pizza Hut in particular because if the exceptional service. I can tell that Mr Jeremy is someone who is in charge, however that has never deed or 10 from doing any of the other grunt work that anybody else is expected to do up there. If people want Mr Jeremy that always is a reason as to why I will visit and establishment. Besides exceptional service it is always very very clean when I've came in there to get a pickup order. I just wanted to make certain that actually got on here and left Mr Jeremy and his Pizza Hut a good review because he's always looked...
