On a whim, I decided to try Twelve out after one of my classes. While I wasn't expecting to drop $45 (this includes a robust tip) for a lunch, 3 courses for this price with well-thought-out portions and presentation is something you don't really see at most standalone restaurants these days. The calamari was fresh out of the fryer and the hidden pepper medallions and the presentation with a fried tortilla were both nice touches. When they say "Asiago Chicken Pasta," they MEAN it! The chicken was borderline dry but it didn't detract from the overall cheesy goodness of the pasta. I don't usually do deserts but I'm glad I relented to the suggestion of my waiter. That brownie milkshake was something I did NOT expect and while I have to now check my blood sugar, if you've got a sweet tooth, this is the desert to get. TLDR: Come in for the good vibes, stay for a good three course meal that captivates from appetizer to dessert.

This is one of the most casual, but fancy places I have been to in Tyler. Everything we got was superb. The waiter that we had. He was very nice accommodated everything that we needed. I would recommend this place to any family that someone on a budget, but is also looking for a little bit of business casual. I got a carnitas sandwich, with fries and Gouda mac & cheese. That is one of the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had! I also got a smoked old-fashioned that’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with the making of an old-fashioned.

Twelve continues to impress. We really like the carnitas sandwich, meatballs appetizer, thai noodle salad, and items from the brunch menu. They also have a great smoked old fashion as well. There is plenty of parking and seating, but it does get crowded, so we try not to go during the busy hours. Overall, this is a great restaurant.

Quick seating for the time if day; but being served took longer than expected. The food that was ordered was nicely plated and was seasoned well. Referencing: -Filet mignon melts in the mouth- well cooked- medium rare, paired with a sea salted baked potato. Crispy outside and velvety loaded interior. -The Mahi Mahi Alexander well seasoned and cooked- didn't have a fishy taste at all- moist and tender. - Crème brûlée was super smooth and creamy- nicely torch crisp caramelized sugar topped with a beautiful orchid and fresh berries. Taking off points for wait time, restroom cleanliness (stall smelled of urine and over flowing trash) and plates and utensils (water spots on fork and glass, crusted food in the fork and an oily substance on the plate).
