***10/10/25 update: I've visited this place in the past and didn't always have the best experience. However, as a pho lover and with limited options in the area, I’ve occasionally returned. On this visit, I noticed new staff running the restaurant. They mentioned they were only there temporarily, but I want to highlight the significant positive changes I experienced this time around. The customer service was excellent—better than it's ever been. The team was very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was to my liking. I really appreciated that. As for the food, the pho was delicious! The broth was much more flavorful than I remember from past visits, and I genuinely enjoyed every bite. I always order the shrimp pho, and while I’d love to see a few more shrimp in the bowl, the ones included were large and satisfying. I also tried the chicken bánh mì, which was tasty, but the bread-to-meat ratio could use a bit of adjustment—there was just a little too much bread for the amount of filling. One small suggestion would be to expand the tea and boba options. I’d personally love to see more fruit teas with popping boba on the menu. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with my visit. Whatever changes they’ve made recently are definitely moving the business in the right direction, and I’m really glad I stopped by during this time. I’ll definitely be back!*** I visited this establishment recently with one other person. I ordered the shrimp pho, spring rolls and egg rolls. Although the servings sizes were great, I was underwhelmed with the food. The shrimp in my pho was somewhat overcooked and the egg rolls were very very greasy. There appeared to be miscommunication when I inquired about popping boba for their teas. I received regular boba and requested to return the product as it was not what I was hoping for. The server appeared upset but took the drink and I was not charged for it. Overall, I will continue looking for pho options in the Tyler area.

I am in town for work and wanted some spring rolls. There aren't many options for that in Tyler, but I gave this place a shot. I was seated promptly by a female employee. She had her phone wedged under her bra strap and was talking to someone. We walked to through the restaurant and around to the other side to a table right next to where she was cleaning utensils. So while I was looking at the menu, I could hear her whole conversation with whoever she was talking to on the phone, still under her bra strap. I ordered egg rolls, spring rolls and special pho. The pho came out first which was odd to me since the rolls I ordered are appetizers and had not come out yet. Shortly after, the spring rolls came and then the egg rolls. I ate those first. The spring rolls came wrapped in saran wrap. The rice paper fell apart somewhat. I guess they are pre-made. The dipping sauce was runny to me, I prefer mine to be a little thicker. The egg rolls were good. They were nice and crispy but only came with a little bit of lettuce. By the time I got to eating my pho, the noodles were already getting mushy. The broth was bland to me as well. The plate of bean sprouts was not inviting either. I couldn't finish the pho so I went up to the counter and asked for togo containers. The employee pointed to the stack of Styrofoam by my table and told me to go over there and service myself basically. I am really surprised people like going here and that they have 4 stars. Not once did anyone come by to ask me how my food was or if I needed anything else. The customer service was very lacking to me. I saw a gentleman go up to pay and he waved his ticket and money at the employee excitedly saying I have something for you, and she ignored him like she couldn't be bothered. When I paid she said thank you and other employees said thank you as I was leaving. Their menu is extensive though.

We tried a new pho restaurant 🍜 , I'm so glad we did. The service is great, they are very attentive to whatever you need. The food came out really fast, which was super nice because we were starving. I also really enjoyed that they had sizing options for their soups, most places just have one size. I went with the medium size soup which was plenty of food but my husband got a large and he also finished his. The flavors of the pho were rich and fresh, and made me want to keep eating more and more. We also had some fried dumplings before soup came out and they were wonderful, you could tell that they were freshly made noodles. Bonus that they are open on Sundays, a lot of pho 🍲 restaurants are closed. We can't wait to go back and keep trying different dishes! #GoogleGal

My wife and I tried this place for the first time. We were promptly seated be a gentleman who didn't speak English. We tried to engage him in small talk on the way to the table and he just continued walking, with no attempt to try. We asked him something when we reached our table and he just blankly looked at us, then turned and walked away.

Then a woman came by for our drink order. She was extremely impatient. I literally took 2 seconds to look over the drink options when I heard her sigh. When she returned for our food order, we intended to try out some appetizers. We wanted egg/spring rolls. When my wife asked my which one I wanted (options of 3 different kinds - we opted for the Vietnaese egg roll in addition to the pot stickers), I told her, "whichever one you want." The this old hag of a waitress says, "you order now, or later?" I could understand if it were busy. It would still be extremely rude, but understandable. However, we were on of two tables. The other already had there food. We decided and continued with putting in our order. My wife ordered pad Thai then as I was ordering my general tso's chicken I was going to ask if it came with rice. However, before I could finish my order she was already taking the menu out of my hands and walking away.

As the lunch crowd began to fill the restaurant the rude woman continued to bark orders at everyone and mean mug the man that sat us. When we received our food, which came out pretty quickly, maybe 5 minutes for the appetizers, our entrees came out a couple minutes after we finished the apps, the apps were decent and my general tso's chicken was ok as well. However, my wife's pad Thai, was somewhat bland. You could tell it was flavored right, there just wasn't nearly enough. Also, it was mushy. I tried some and found the texture to be so incredibly gross. It was just mush.

The price was right and the portions were decent. If the incredibly impatient and rude woman I'd probably go back, despite the bad pad Thai. Everyone has an off day, but after reading reviews this woman appears to be a ongoing issue. I truly felt bad for the man that sat us.

Thanks, ...

I am giving a 2 star review because my family and I love the the food. I have to say this was the first time in my adult life I felt discriminated against. Not only myself but my seven other guests and family from out of state. We were blatantly lied too under the cloak of covid-19. To further add insult to injury, we were given a line, that "our party had to split up on opposing sides of the restaurant because of a health inspectors previous visit, (covid) the day before." Although, we were told that we could sit near each other on the opposite side. We were being civil, kind, as well as understanding so we accommodated the request but it wasn't adding up. At this point there were approximately 8 other patrons so by no means were they busy. As each of us made our order we were told "hurry up I'm busy" (not once but numerous times as we were making our orders, especially with the children) keep in mind we all knew what we were ordering. We are all wondering why all other patrons have been served faithfully, but us (We soon find out.) As customers start to come in, the head waitresses (our waitress) believed to be one of the proprietors, started seating all the new customers right next to one another, and packed the left side to capacity. All new patrons were of like decent, and seated on the left side. (The side we were moved away from). We were being segregated by design. We can't even make this stuff up folks. When we made our original order we asked for 2 boba drinks, we waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't come. My wife approached the counter asked the same woman for her boba drinks and she replied "I am too busy" my wife gave her a blank expression, as we were paying customers as well. My wife paused and the woman said "fine! Give me 10 minutes". We have been coming to this establishment for 3 years and have never had a bad experience before. Although, this is the first bad experience, it may be our last. If a person is so brazen to show a lack of honor and integrity in the face of the public in which capacity it serves, imagine where else it is willing...
