My husband and I had lunch here for the first time, and were underwhelmed given the reviews and recommendations by close friends. The food was good, but again, nothing spectacular. I was particularly annoyed given the fact that I had ordered and paid for the lamb chops (the most expensive thing on the menu), and was told afterwards that they had run out. They told me they were unable to give refunds, but could prepare one of their other menu options instead; which would have been fine if it had been an honest mistake that they didn’t realize until that moment that they ran out of that item, but one of the other workers later told me that they were aware that they were out since earlier that morning. Seemed sketchy to me.. So, I pick the mix kebabs, and ask if I can be given an extra kebab to compensate for the difference in price, to which I was quickly told no. I then have to explain how that makes it feel like I am getting swindled out of $5, since the plate I originally paid for was $24.99 (which again, you were aware that you were out of since earlier that morning, but still let me pay for it later that afternoon), and the mix kebabs are $19.99, and how that is not ok; especially if they are refusing to give me a refund. Reluctantly the gentleman agreed to give me an additional kebab to compensate me. Overall, this whole interaction did not sit well with me and is the reason I will not be going back. The chicken, and lamb kebabs were underwhelming, the beef kebab was ok, but I personally would not order it again, and the kafta kebab was delicious. My husband got the beef shawarma which he said was fine. I hate that I had such a negative experience here since my husband and I love eating a variety of different foods from different cultures; I guess we’ll...
Read moreAnd I assumed by now that the owners learned to be honest and offer authentic shawarma, but I was very wrong. Arabic Greed and hunger 101. The same old stir fry low end beef from local vendors is stove top grilled, seasoned then sold at a premium $18.00+. Wow. I guess a bunch of ignorant restaurants in the DFW and Houston area have missed on this lucrative alternative and continue to offer authentic rotisserie beef and chicken shawarma grills at a lot less charge. Same for folks in the northeast where large Arab community lives there and should be fouled by such product. The saddest part of this is that the owners proclaim to be very faithful Muslim family. I wonder why they were expelled from Arlington if they were so successful there, since there continue to exist a massive Arab community as a market for their very cost-effective delicious offering. I just wonder. I for one, know a lot about their hunger, greed and their bad deeds in Arlington.

Response from the so-proclaimed owner
"Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your experience and are working to make sure all our customers have the best experience possible."
They will be working very hard overnight to make sure all their customers have the best experience possible, regardless of being non-authentic and very over-priced.
"We appreciate your insight and will take it into consideration",
to do what exactly??? Raise prices further, continue to offer cold, mediocre at Dimassi's/Fadi's Mediterranean Grill style food prices.

Read moreI can't say enough about this place! We like to venture off the beaten path for our date nights. Came across this place and couldn't have been happier about it! Fiancé raved about Tiba Grill well after we left.
The atmosphere and ambiance was more than we anticipated! The staff was extremely nice and very helpful! My fiancé got the mixed schwarma and I the chicken. No words can explain how phenomenal the hummus is! I have searched for the perfect hummus and pita since I tried it in New York and this place has it! We chose to take the Baklava home due to getting satisfied and full with our dinner, and it still surpassed expectations!
So be sure to NOT skip on the chance to endulge in the hummus or Baklava. You will regret it if you do!!!
The store/Café was still under construction, but don't let that stop you from trying this place. It had ABSOLUTELY no effect on the quality of the staff nor the food. Assuming it was the owner, explain to us the end results of the Café. I look forward to the finish so that we can return for the Café as well! They have similar light fixtures for sale as well for any inquiring minds. Very beautiful designs.
We will most definitely be going back for my cravings! Perfect place for our...
