Got my husband's burger wrong. I made an online order through my whataburger app so they had plenty of time to get my order prepared. But forgot to add my bacon which was kind of expensive, I ordered two shakes, a small dr pepper and medium vanilla. When I got there to pick up my order it took a long time to get my order through the drive thru and I was the only vehicle there and it was like 2AM in the morning. The lady only gave me the vanilla shake and I didn't realize til I drove away so I pulled back into the drive thru and requested my Dr pepper shake and she said she was sorry but was out of ice cream at the moment and couldn't make any so she gave me a soda Dr pepper instead and still tried to charge me. It wasn't til I got all the way home which is 15 miles away that I realized my husband's burger had no bacon on it and I had to call up there to tell the manager which is the same girl who wouldn't serve me my Dr pepper shake I had ordered through the mobile app and she seemed to be bothered by the fact that I was even calling to complain. I never even mentioned the whole ice cream fiasco to her again, only the burger they made wrong. Its almost like she was trying to make me feel like it was my fault that these things were wrong on my order and I'm the one who spent 40 dollars on a meal that was not made correctly. So what if it's almost 3 o'clock in the morning. 24 hours is 24 hours and no matter the time of day, if I pay for a meal I expect it to be made correctly and to not be given any grief over complaining that it...
Read moreI’ve had several poor experiences with customer service at this location. The managers have always been great but the employees working the window have been hit or miss at best with some of them being outright rude and had written this place off as a result, however after getting off work late whataburger was my only option for food on the way home. The gentleman taking orders and working the register at the first window on 4/23 at around 2am was polite and helpful and gave me a “you’re welcome “ for any of my thank you’s. This is literally all I ask in terms of customer service and I try my best to be as polite and respectful as possible in return. I know this is a hard and probably often times thankless job and I try to be understanding of that in the late hours of the night when frustration may be at its peak but with that in mind I won’t frequent an establishment that doesn’t treat me with the same respect that I try and show to its employees. I’m leaving five stars because I feel like kindness should be rewarded much more so than ill behavior should be punished. To the guy working the first window this evening, thanks for being polite homie it made my night and ultimately will lead to me giving this place another shot at least until the poor behavior from other employees becomes a...
Read moreThe person who took my order had "Manager" printed on her nametag, but she acted like it was her first day on the job and struggled to enter our order in the computer. When the food finally came after a long wait, it included only two sandwiches and our three orders of fries. We had ordered four sandwiches. I went to the counter, and a different manager took my tray and said they would bring us the rest of our food. When they finally did that, they had taken away the fries! We told the lady who brought the food we had ordered fries. She looked at the receipt, and promised to bring them to us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we went back to the counter and asked for our three orders of fries. They finally gave us a bag...filled with ONE order of fries. I had to ask yet again before finally getting my three orders of fries. It took four tries and 40 minutes for these people to fill a basic order. Nobody in the restaurant seemed to have a clue what...
