HTeaO - Tyler (5th & Beckham) — Restaurant in Tyler

Hear that sound?...sigh it's the sound of satisfying taste of cold ice tea. For one I never liked tea to begin with and my wife was telling me how HTeaO has really good tea. It ment nothing to me since I wasn't even into tea, after my wife was trying to convince me to give it a try I was hooked. I went inside and they would allow folks to drink small cup samples, i tried every last one and I have to say, it was actually good. It's not to sweet or unsweet but just right! My favorite is Ryan Palmer or Peach Ginger tea. Another plus is that you mix different teas together to make different flavors, I Tried Ryan Palmer with Sweet Mango and to me it fused just right. They also sell tea by the gallon as well so just in case you like a flavor you can take extra back home. Also the more tea you buy from them you can add up what they call "drip points" and those points can get you free tea either in cups or gallons. I love HTeaO product. I love all the friendly workers but lately there is a man, his badge says Ric- he is not a morning person at the drive thru. He is quite rude, not friendly at all. Even though I'm extremely friendly. This past week I have came twice in the morning on the way to work. I would have come more but didnt want to deal with him. I got off early today and praying "Ric" wouldn't be there and low and behold he answered the drive thru. Same demeanor as the morning times. You should probably do a test secret shopper in the early morning so you can see for yourself...he is going to drain the business. I love the afternoon crew as I get my tea on the way home. Let me know if it changes and I will start to come back in the mornings too. Thank you.

Update...that person above hasn't been at the window in the mornings and the people you have working at the window lately have been fabulous...happy to be back and...

I just came in around 6:15 pm dec. 20th but I hope this review helps the nice lady who helped me open my eyes to certain perks about HteO ! I didn’t get her name but she was working tonight (5ft black women) SHE WAS SUPER DUPER HELPFUL TOWARDS EVERYONE, INCLUDING ME, WHO CAME IN TONIGHT! She helped me get the perfect blend for the blue summer berry that discontinued for the season. And even helped me taste test some blends I didn’t know was available. Now I have more tasty options for future visits. Her customer service is excellent I felt welcomed and comfortable with my purchase and she also has a beautiful smile I hope this review finds her and the company well. I will always be back for more! I genuinely wanted to get this out because people should be recognized for being the face of a brand or company to keep us coming in and she definitely has that!
