I had the most wonderful experience at this Starbucks in McLean, Virginia, and I just had to share it! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re stepping into a warm, welcoming environment that feels more like home than a coffee shop. This incredible atmosphere is a testament to the exceptional leadership of the manager, Sara, and her amazing team.
Sara truly goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. Her efforts create a family-like environment where everyone is greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of care. The staff are always positive, professional, and attentive, which makes every visit such a pleasure.
As I sat there enjoying my drink, I noticed that about 90% of the customers were regulars—a true sign of how much people love coming here. Sara’s dedication to making this Starbucks more than just a coffee shop is evident in every detail.
The store is impeccably clean, and the drinks are consistently delicious. Today, I had a Caramel Macchiato, and it was the best I’ve ever had! A few days ago, I tried their hot chocolate, and it was equally amazing.
There’s plenty of parking and ample space inside, making it a perfect spot to relax or work. The team’s warm greetings and genuine hospitality truly set this Starbucks apart.
If you’re in the McLean area, I highly recommend stopping by. Sara and her team have created something truly special here—it’s more than just coffee; it’s a place you’ll want to keep...
Read moreTo be honest i come to this starbucks very often because its walking distance from my job. I even went yesterday 7/27/15 and the staff working that afternoon around 1 was absolutely amazing. they are great people the girl with the piercings as well as the man with the hair tie and the new guy whos birthday it was. when i went today the middle eastern guy at the register looked like he was going to kill me because i changed my drink which i paid more for and he did not put my cup at the bar. i waited over 10 min to realize my drink was still by the register and he saw me looking so he moved it. the asian guy at the bar was either new or just overwhelmed because he was trying to make several drinks and still couldnt finish mine. poured my shots in and they sat for a minute so the expresso shots expired and forgot the syrup in my drink... when i tried it i was really frustrated and had him remake it. again instead of actually trying to make my drink right he is trying to do too much and let my shots sit and packed my cup with ice i guess so its less of the milk and shots. he only put 4 shots in a iced venti when my drink shouldve had 5 but at that point i didnt want to even complain because the guy at the register was a manager of sort. i will make sure i only go here when the friendly staff is working because they know how to make a drink and make my visit pleasant not...
Read moreToday we went wanted to try the free teas. Free teas were from 1-2 pm today we were there 12 mins before 2 pm and we were two people away from the cashier. My co-workers and I went for our turns and they said no more free teas. One of my co-workers asked if that was still the case when we had been waiting in line before the 2 pm cut off. The cashier that assisted us asked Rosario a question regarding the rule for this situation. The cashier explained the situation and we were okay with her response, by the way she was very nice. Rosario the Manager on duty was rude for no reason. There really was no need for the attitude. I am not sure what prompted Rosario's rude approach as it was was uncalled for as no one argued or responded in a rude manner. Rosario approached with a nasty attitude and gave the same explanation about the system shutting down and could not give any more free teas but was aggressive and the rolling of the eyes was definitely not needed. My co-workers and I will definitely will think twice of going back there. Sorry Starbucks you will be loosing future business and some customers from our...
