This is review is strictly based on the anti customer practices that the owners are implementing from long time ago, they are aware about this issue and they are doing nothing to change it. They created a greedy parking situation where they are forcing all customers (even take out ones) to pay valet parking if you want to buy their food, they didn’t leave at least one spot for take out customers, and if you park behind the restaurant, even at 10pm when no one is working at any office/building and all the parking spots are empty, you will be towed almost immediately, that’s what happened to me last week and it took less than 10 minutes to grab my food and when I was coming back to my car, it was being towed, the tow guy forced me to pay 50$ and he pointed out that there are signs and cameras all the way around, but I would say, this is clearly a scam between the tow company and the owners, you should help your customers to give you business, not the opposite, no place in Tysons does this, and you are not a luxury or a Michelin restaurant. Your food could be good, but the only way to stop this to keep happening is not going anymore. UPDATE: I appreciate the owner getting this issue solved and taking care of their customers. It is quite clear that the parking situation is very complicated but the restaurant provided a practical solution. The food is quite excellent as I mentioned before. Thank you again 👍

**WARNING: DO NOT EAT AT OR SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT!** They claim to serve halal food and present themselves as honest, but my experience proves otherwise. I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, June 29, at 8:30 PM. The location is in a warehouse area where all other stores were closed. The parking area in front of the restaurant was blocked by a valet parking sign, so I parked in the next available spot. My car was towed, costing me $230. There were four valet parking attendants sitting outside the neighboring hookah bar, but they neither offered to park my car nor warned us about the towing policy. Even though they were likely aware of the situation, there were no signs in the restaurant or warnings from the staff about the towing risk. When I asked to speak with the owner, he denied any affiliation with the neighboring restaurant, claiming the valet parking wasn’t part of his business. However, this is misleading—if you read his replies to other reviews, he admits they offer valet parking. The owner offered to "make things right" and asked for my phone number, but it's been over a month, and I haven't heard from him. He clearly doesn’t care about what happened and even had the audacity to promote his Arlington restaurant. The pictures are from that night. This how I got my car back.

I heard of this place for a bit and finally had a chance to tried it with my roommate. The parking was a bit awkward but later found out that both the brick oven and sandwich place are the same but parking might be difficult for first timers. The staff were somewhat friendly and there were plenty of options despite being halal joint. I tried beef shawarma calzone and my roommate got sujuk pide(which I'm pretty sure I keep butchering how it's pronounced) it took a bit longer than what they said(10-15min but more like 20-25min) the sujuk was great but the calzone was but doughy and the topping was wasn't packed evenly. It was too packed in the middle and too little on the edges. I'd recommend it to anyone who has a strict halal diet but anyone else, try with a grain of salt. Oh and they offer classic halal dishes outside of Italian food. Which was a definite bonus.

Very misleading advertising and staff does not fully wear masks. The food does NOT match the appetizing photos featured on the website or the brochures. The pizza is NOT wood-fired.

I beamed when I saw a large pile of small wooden logs next to the oven, but to my dismay and disappointment, the staff member simply pressed a button and the oven heated up with propane gas. No logs in the oven. I felt bamboozled. Red Flag #1

While waiting for the pizza, I noticed several staff members partially wearing masks to cover their mouth but not their noses. A couple of members didn't even wear masks working in the kitchen. Red Flag #2

Hubby ordered a Neapolitan Margherita Pizza and received a cheese pizza with no basil and shredded mozzarella cheese. Not at all like the scrumptious Margherita Pizza with fresh cheese and basil advertised online. The cheap tasteless pizza was a total let down. Reg Flag #3

The Spinach Pide was the highlight of the meal with diced onions and spinach with lots of bold spices and smothered in cheese. Very authentic and did match the menu description.

Not all the items are made fresh to order. The falafels are frozen and the mini pizzas and savory pastries look stale sitting in the glass display case.

The staff is a bit stand-off and the hours should be clearly posted on the website particularly during Ramadan. Before I left yesterday, I checked on Google and confirmed that the restaurant was still open around 8pm. However when I got there, the staff snickered and apathetically informed me the restaurant closed a 1/2 hour ago for the Ramadan buffet next door at Sir sandwich shop (which was packed!). I left disappointed and after giving them another shot the next day, the "Margherita" pizza left much to be desired.

While the Spinach Pides are tasty, I feel shafted by the misleading advertising and lack of Covid precautions. Won't be...

We’ve been coming to this place for a couple of times and liked it but today we had the worst experience ever and will never go again. When we parked, we entered the place and made an order. Me and my husband decided to eat inside. After 3 min of waiting, I saw a guy staring at us from the street. He was like stalking us through the glass window while we we sitting at the table. I was even thinking to call the cops because he looked very dangerous. Then he entered the place and came to us. Without saying hi or smth like that, he began threatening my husband that we either give him valet money or our car will be towed immediately. I was shocked and asked why. He was not even communicating well, but just wanted the money from us because we parked in front of the store! When we asked about solution, he said we should have parked at the street, not in front of the restaurant! The employees seemed to know him and they didn’t care! Nobody told him to leave their customers! It’s 2022 and there is still this Lebanese mafia? Or what is that??? The guy was wearing all black and silver chain and looked very dangerous. We hurried up to leave this place. The owner should know about it and it’s very wrong to treat customers like that and to extort money for the parking! Please, do not allow the guys from the street to threaten your customers and to treat them like that! Very bad experience and will not a come back place for us because of this guy and his attitude. It was disgusting and creepy to see how he stared at us and then the way he spoke with us...
