After being a regular for years with a first hand seat to seeing service and quality of product taking a serious turn for the worse. Issues like management not supporting the clients or taking care of issues, coals for hookah being delivered regularly at over an hour intervals, food orders being delivered inaccurate of order, the continuous price increases (making it the most expensive lounge in 2 counties outside of DC).. These issues have been reoccurring for months and even when I've had discussions with management and the owner everyone makes promise to fix the problems but a few weeks later (in multiple occasions) the problem arise again as if the hookah employees and the management just don't care about the customers (especially the regulars) ..... Don't think I'll be returning to this place since it's like the owner has completely given up and the establishment is used as more of a social experiment and get away than a true business so clients will always continue to be impacted.
Basically word to the owner: A good business owner pays attention and makes necessary changes as an active contributor setting an example for the employees. A great owner takes care of the issues to make sure the problem doesn't persist and holding the employees accountable when they regress back to committing the same issues not just ignoring your clients and the issues.
2/4/2024 - Update Second Saturday in a row where the hookah heads are not made correctly. Made mention to the manager on the first head and the manager did nothing. When I ordered my second head I had to send it back because it wasn't made correctly again. The customer sitting next to me leaned over and commented that it wasn't made correctly and that it should be sent back to be remade. The rub is that once I told the hookah guy it wasn't made right to redo it, the hookah guy seemed to have an issue with it.
2/16/2024 - Update No stars given!! Place is the highest priced hookah place in 2 counties and DC ... Finally gave up on the place. I kept telling them for a long time that they are trying to squeeze blood from the turnip.. Now to control things they have decided to weigh each amount of shisha they put in the heads. Again more worried about how much they make by raising prices as opposed to caring about their clients (especially those that are regulars). I've finally decided that Cedars Restaurant and shisha lounge not only cares but they make special heads too (much cheaper)
2/28/2024 Want an even better experience than Sir with better service and better prices I highly recommend Cedars Restaurant and Lounge. $18 special heads at night with $10 refills, $14 during the day. The food is also literally better and 50% cheaper on average with large portions.. Check it out!! You wonât be...

Tonight I visited the Sir Sandwich Co Hookah Bar with my husband and four friends, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Here's a detailed review:
Ambiance: The ambiance of the Sir Sandwich Co Hookah Bar was subpar. The lighting was too bright, and the seating was uncomfortable, with seats too close together, making it difficult to pass by. Additionally, there was no air filter or air conditioning, and the smoke from the hookahs was bothersome.
Food and Drinks: The food and drinks at Sir Sandwich Co were a major letdown. My husband and I ordered a tea pot, crepe Nutella, and baklava. They brought the tea pot first, which was already cold by the time the rest of our order arrived. My crepe Nutella took an hour to arrive, and my husband's dessert was incorrect (kunafa instead of what he ordered), which took another 20 minutes to correct. The other couples ordered pizza, which arrived with no plates. They had to ask three times for plates, ketchup, and mayonnaise, which arrived 30 minutes later when they had already finished their pizza. It also took 30 minutes to bring a simple order of a coke. Additionally, our friends who had hookah had to wait one hour for charcoal.
Service: The service at Sir Sandwich Co was slow and inattentive. It took a long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food and drinks to arrive. The staff seemed disinterested and did not make an effort to ensure that we had a good experience. Despite the poor service, a service charge was included, which felt unjustified given the lack of service we received.
Overall, our experience at Sir Sandwich Co Hookah Bar was extremely disappointing. The ambiance, hookah quality, food, and service were all well below our expectations. We would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hookah...
Read moreWent for iftar, immediately greeted by naked female mannequin at the door. Several more inside with one having her throat slit and blood pouring out. Food was edible but nothing special and environment was very trendy and modern catering to that tysons demographic. Nothing wholesome or Islamic about it. Not that thats an objective criteria to judge the place, its down to personal taste. My main complaint is, as others have mentioned, the parking situation was terrible. Most spots in the front lot are reserved for a rug shop that was closed so I had to park down the road behind the building. Its very dark on the way there. I hope they put some lights or something bad could happen to someone. There was no option to not leave a tip, even though it was a buffet so we served ourselves. So an already overpriced quick iftar for 2 went from $80 to $100. The waiters all just crowd at the top of the stairs and look at the customers while talking and laughing amongst themselves, which I didnt like. The food all tasted similar and since you have to load up your buffet plate it really all blends together. They also didnt have water, just sugary drinks, which I think says a lot. Not the worst Lebanese food I've had but one of the more offputting environments. I will say I loved the keffiyah pattern in their wall mural so for that alone I will give 2 stars instead of 1. The dates were good. I guess its my fault for hoping there could be a middle eastern restaurant in tysons that...
