Burger King — Restaurant in Ukiah

The best customer experience I've ever had. We have a long road trip ahead of us and needed fuel for our tummies. We saw a sign on the road for this burger king and we stopped by to get something to eat. I was telling my husband how excited I was to get some food and couldn't wait to sit outside because they have a nice sitting area. The worker heard me and when I was done ordering he went out of his way to clean the outside area for us to sit. That was extremely generous of him! Once my food came out I got a few extra chicken fries in my order and I was so surprised! that was a very nice of the workers to do that for me. Now I have extra chicken fries to nibble on while I'm on the road. After I hung out at the outside area and ate until I was full I left and it was extremely memorable. Thank you guys! Definitely a positive memory I will remember on my road trip.

P.s I currently still have some chicken fries to eat and I'm saving them for later! Won't be hungry on the road! Thanks...

First they didn't have 2 items I wanted, then when I got to the window after ordering something I didn't even want the lady at the window was rude practically throwing my food at me after throwing a fit about me wanting two kinds of sauce for my 4 orders of nuggets... Then because I have worked at Burger King I waited at the window for her to bring me a Whopper card since they didn't have what I wanted... She returned to the window and asked me in a condescending tone what I wanted and when I responded she said no.... I explained to her that I have worked for Burger King and when they mess up or cannot fill an order they are supposed to give the customer a Whopper card or ice cream cards for the inconvenience... Again she said no, I then asked for a manager... She stated that she was the manager so I asked her name.... It was supposedly Sarah... Horrible...

Drive thru experience : Both who i talked had no customer service . they talked like they were annoyed about having to wait on us. No cars were behind us. But they were rushing us and didnt even ask what we wanted to drink. Or even try to make a sale. Then they handed us a coke. Which we didn't order. Told them they didnt ask us about drinks. They seemed unfazed and heard me ask my daughter if she wanted a diet coke. Next then they are pushing a diet coke out.

Food : Ordered chicken nuggets, they were hard, cold and dry. Also ordered spicy chicken sandwich with no tomatoe. Yes it had tomatoes on it.
