I know that this Starbucks has a new store manager which can lead to the employees performance dropping. I also know that it has been a little over six months since the new manager came into position which is more than enough time to get their team working smoothly. That being said, I have had a slew of mistakes with my orders in the past two months. I had one of the Baristas argue with me about how they serve a venti not a 20oz (memories of the movie Hall Pass come to mind). Today was the last straw though. I ordered a 20oz (which it is) very berry hibiscus tea and 1) It took almost ten minutes to get the damn thing with one car in front of me and 2) they didn't put any berries in it. Now I am very patient and understanding when it comes to problems with an order as I have worked in retail for over ten years, but when the barista handed me the drink and told me it was the same and that they ran out of berries. It wasn't the same and they could have told me before I had paid for it. They didnt offer a discount or even to make a different drink. This is extremely poor customer service and I hope Starbucks takes notice of all the bad reviews they are getting. Also, you can see the drink without the berries in the picture feed.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience, they had a case of water outside of the bathrooms right in front of the registers and I almost tripped on it and then informed the employee of the case of water and they did nothing of it and then another customer came out of the bathroom and almost fall over after tripping on it. They also had paper on the ground which is a tripping Hazzard from slipping from under your feet and they didn't call out the names on the drinks and we had to ask if it was our drinks. AND no they weren't busy. There was 6 customers and 6 to 7 employees with a manager there. So I don't know why it was dirty on the ground, bad service and even after someone's health was put in danger. They didn't do anything about it. Date of visit was OCT 22nd 2016. Visit was around 930ish. I'll be calling the regional manager of this case and they can review the security camera if they want. They will see I almost tripped over the case of water. My drink was made wrong, and my mom kindly asked for it to be redone. The barista snapped back at my mom with an EXTREMELY rude tone, and attitude telling her to go to the register for help. Key word telling, not asking. Manners were not up to par. About two minutes later a man came up (to the same spot we were at) asking for help. She kindly asked him what he needed, and proceeded to let him know he'll get helped out at the register. The same situation two Completely different responses.
