Just out boppin around with Hobo John and his little bed roll, OneEyed Mary, and she blasts out something about this joint called Lalo's and how good the chicken tacos are. Well, I can never just walk by a Mexican restaurant or taco truck without at least trying 3 tacos! I see it as a civic responsibility to help the small family owned businesses succeed. And you know what...OneEyed Mary was right..those chicken tacos were Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

The Quesabirria and Menudo from here is one of the best, if not the best in Ukiah! 🙏🏻 all of there carne is cooked and seasoned so well, highly recommend if your looking for good mexican food in the area!

I went to lalos mex restaurant today for the first time. It was disgusting. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. It was cold. The content tasted awful. The chips were stale and hard as a rock. The salsa was pitiful-probably came out of a can . Not homemade. Inside the restaurant was filthy, flys everywhere. Tables were dirty. It smelled bad. The place is run down. Poorly managed. And they charged me $17.00 for a burrito. I will not be back. A total waste of money. Don’t go...

My new favorite spot to grab a quick bite with that restaurant feel. Indoor and outdoor seating. A bilingual cashier. A couple hard working chefs making your food in front of you. A gorgeous hard working woman keeping the place clean and the people happy. This place is close by off the freeway. The food is made fresh to order and does not take forever. If you want authentic Mexican food then this is the place to visit. Their refried beans are the best also the fajitas are another favorite. The burritos they serve can feed two adults no problem. They give you an ample amount of food no matter what you order. I can never eat everything on my plate. I have to ask for a take home container so I always have some for a midnight snack.
