I ordered a bacon McDouble with no salt , no pickle, no onions, add lettuce, extra bacon and 2 extra patties. They hardly added any lettuce 2 days in a row and forgot the 2 extra Patties. Update: I placed a mobile order and ordered an apple pie. I went to grab my mobile order at 5:44 pm and then manager Monica tells me they’re out of apple pies. I tell her i want a refund in that case. She tells me she can’t refund mobile orders despite having several managers doing this in the past. I tell her that. She tells me I can talk to her manager about it. I then request a number to reach her manager to address the situation. She then refuses to give me that information. I then ask her for the number to reach corporate. She then ignores me to make orders. I’m just thankful that cherice then took things in her own hands by stopping me as I’m walking out the door by telling me that she’s about to put some apple pies in the oven and says if you like you can wait a few minutes and I can get you one fresh out of the oven. I’m so glad I waited to because the pie tasted even better. On top of that she then gives me the number to reach the McDonald’s corporate office and the name of the manager that not only had the audacity to lie to me by claiming they’re out of apple pies but also refused to give me a refund, and number to reach her manager and corporate. I’ll definitely be calling corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. My question is If this is how she treats customers that spend money their every day then how on earth did she...
Read moreI used to be a REGULAR at McDs, and I mean REGULAR!! I oftentimes ate several meals a day there (not this exact location)..Bad bad bad These days I rarely eat there. I was out on a long Saturday morning walk and needed something to keep me going so I decided to stop in and get what I always used to get, an OJ, a breakfast burrito and a sausage mcmuffin with egg, NO cheese. It was semi busy so I did have to wait for a few minutes to order and to receive my food. I made it PERFECTLY clear that I did NOT want cheese and the woman seemed to acknowledge this and pressed all the appropriate buttons, or so I thought. Blah blah blah....my sandwich HAD cheese so I had to wait for a new one which was ready surprisingly fast. It wasn't a big deal. They also got the order of the person who was ahead me wrong and they had to return theirs. Again, not a big deal. Maybe the person taking the orders was new. Read moreArrive shortly after 6am. Walk to the door (because my 10ft tall ambulance won't fit through the drive-thru) along with a gentleman that was driving a box truck and it's locked. Ok. I've run into this quite a few times across the country. Staff comes to the door and holds up 7 fingers. Cool, your inside opens at 7. So we both point to the vehicles that, if we drove through the 9ft drive-thru, would do some serious redecorating. Staff member goes for the manager. She comes out and the only word she can say is "sorry". So I tell her "OK, I'll spend my money elsewhere." And walk back to my ambulance. I pull away and look in the front windows. To see the other gentleman that was at the door with me inside and ordering. That's fine. The incident has been reported to corporate and I'll NEVER spend another penny of my money at any McDonald's.
