I chose the Pork cube ramen and it was gorgeously displayed and even tastier than it looked. We ordered Tonkotsu and Ahi Tapa they are both delicious it may not like typical authentic Japanese Tonkotsu that has bean sprouts instead I found bell pepper, thin shredded carrots and edamame in it but quite tasty the broth was absolutely rich and flavorful the Seared Ahi has aromatic Smokey flavored in it which so good. Add up ingredients are available but watch yourself you may end up getting yourself a $40 bowl of Ramen.
Easy and very refreshing tiny dining room with counter bar the staff are so polite, informative and super nice definitely will be...
