I know it's a problem everywhere but this place was very short on employees for a Sat. music night. The line for service extended right in front of the band for the first 5 songs. When I asked management about it instead of moving the line he said it will die down. Yeah, 35 minutes later. There was a line at the bar all night with no organization whatsoever. It took 20 minutes or more to get drinks. They need to have table service. It's not the employees fault. They were working so hard for hours but management needs to figure out how to service people more efficiently. Also the waiver process on line for axe throwing was ridiculous. It kept dumping people off and took forever to complete. We gave up on that too.

Ukiah definitely needed an awesome place like this!! The environment is instantly open and inviting... The live band was very very loud!!! They have an upstairs pool table with a view of the stage very clean n nice. We played pool for an hour but the cost was $10. In my opinion they need a waitress to pick up the dirty cups and wipe chairs and tables down... Only one bathroom.... It was a blast listening to everyone karaoke šŸŽ¤. Even a few younger kiddos got to enjoy the stage and sing their hearts out. The drinks are very expensive so leave a bottle or drink in your car.... šŸ˜‚ Will definitely be going again!!!

The smores and jalapeno popper grilled cheese are legit. The axe throwing is way more fun and has more games due to the projectors compared to other axe throwing bars. The beer and alcohol selection offers a variety of options for the descerning and rugged palates. The pool tables have been releveled and refelted downstairs and are the best in town.

I recently went on a date to the NFL playoff thing they advertised on Facebook, where you can watch it on two different screens. My experience was as followed:

The Man behind the counter seemed uninterested. I ordered a beer that was listed on the big menu board, and was told that they don't have that beer. Ok, it happens. So I ordered another.

I took my date up to the lounge to watch football, only to see that there was clutter and old napkins and dried up pieces of food all over the place. The tables had smudges and grease spots and was really nasty.

Sitting down to watch the game on the TV, it kept shutting off and turning back on and freezing up and shutting back off and turning back on making it nearly impossible to watch the game. I went and informed the worker and the worker told me that he had no idea about the TV because he only works there. He didn't have much concern for that.

So we went to find a clean enough table to sit at and watch on the main screen, even though the glare on the screen was nearly too bright to even see the game.

Then I went to go order us more drinks, and the worker was nowhere to be found. I assume he was in the back room. I waited for about five or so minutes, and he didn't show up.

While waiting for the worker so I could get more drinks, I decided to go use the restroom. There was no toilet paper available. There was old used toilet paper and other junk thrown about. It would make sense if there was a party or something happening, but this was a few hours after they opened and maybe three other people were there. It was obviously not clean from the night before.

I went back out to request some toilet paper and the worker was still not there. I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes with no luck. That's when I decided to leave and find a new go-to spot.

I understand that sometimes things happen and this might not be the regular condition of this establishment, but this is the experience I had. Maybe I'll try again one day and adjust my review accordingly. I would really like to make it my...

Really fun! Definitely going here again, they had a live band at the time and around 5 or 6 different little mini games involving throwing axes,i hate to say the food is expensive, and you get a HANDFUL of fries (there is 2 other options if i remember correctly but we got fries) as a side, im not gonna lie, i was dissapointed with the 30$ we spent on two fancy grilled cheeses with a small amount of meat if you call it that...i really didnt taste any actual chicken it seemed to be just chicken fat (this was the chicken pesto), I do have to say It was really cool how you can order your food and drink without leaving your "axe lane" no app needed either. I have to say they have really awesome and great friendly customer service... you can leave or start a new game anytime within your time slot, meaning you have control over what game you play and there is a keyboard and mouse for control. Its a projecter that is pointed to a big piece of wood at the end of the "axe lane", you just pay for a slot of time, 25$ for 75 minutes. Had an awesome time! But i learned this time that im definitely eating before coming here again, i would have rated it 5 stars but that is just too expensive for the food in my opinion. All in all i must say thank you for supplying some fun...

I’ve given this place too many opportunities to let me down (4). Each time, has been a worse experience than the last and now, I’m not only never going back, I’m going to actively steer friends away from going.

Actually feeling very generous by giving 2 stars because it’s like the one alternative activity place we have in town, and my first time there was for a concert which was a blast (if you weren’t waiting in the 20+ min line for drinks.)

There’s a digital display for the food and drinks, but I’ve never actually gotten my first choice of food or drink because they are ALWAYS out. They need to remove them from the display if they’re out. Or find a better POS that can work with the menu.

My last and final experience (Jan ā€˜25) they were out of both beers I tried to order, then our group ordered their Totchos and out come some cold soggy fries. When I went to see why we didn’t get tater tots as the base of our TOTchos, The response was ā€œoh we ran out of tater tots so we put them on friesā€. Only after they were paid for of course.

The trivia MC started only 20 minutes later than they state on their fb page. Milk that Pliny because you’re in for a long night.

If you go, please keep your...
