My Husband placed an order. We called right after placing the online order and asked if we can please have all legs in our bucket. The guy had an attitude and said “Sir I can only do what I can do and I can only give you 4 legs”. Worst customer service of any of the locations. Couldn’t even give us napkins or silverware or straw for the drink. Just straight lazy people that only answer when you call multiple times and then won’t do anything to accommodate their customers. When you hire trashy attitude people, you give out trashy customer service! So thankful that we’re moving soon and won’t have to come to this pathetic location...

I stood at the counter for a while, then started to make a little noise thinking that they were not aware I was there. I made enough noise they knew I was there and they just ignored me. Finally I was so aggravated I said hey lady very loud. All she did was look up and then continued to ignore me. Never a we'll be with you in a minute or any acknowledgement. Today 7-7-23 I go thru the drive thru and explain that the last time I was there they shorted my a large Mac and cheese and the didn't offer to fix the problem but I still ordered the same thing and spent $55.08 on dinner for the family just to find out after the manager stopped me because they had forgot my gravy for the Mashed Potatoes I get home to find out that I didn't get my Mashed Potatoes for the gravy way to go KFC.
