Extremely rude manager named Holly. Ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery was fast and hot. Originally intended to pay cash, but realized if I did I wouldn’t have enough to tip the driver also. So I called in and gave Pizza Hut my card information in order to pay with debit. The driver arrived and was very polite when we told him we had paid by card in order to tip him. He then called his manager to confirm payment. The manager said there was no proof of payment and that I must have paid through the call center. She then became very hostile and said if you don’t pay for the pizza we’ll never deliver to you again. As if we were trying to get out of paying. If this were the case my husband would not have tipped the driver 50% or our order total. We allowed the driver to give our card to her over the phone and she quickly said it’s declined with a snarky attitude. So my husband pulled up his bank account and showed the driver there’s no way it was declined. Clearly she input the information wrong. So he gave her the card again and it worked just fine. Instead i got a 4 minute, no introduction by staff or the waitress that came to collect her orders. Only after waiting patiently and no one coming to the counter ; and another lady sitting behind me, stating she had been waiting with no help as well. Even went to the bathroom , came back and i was getting the same treatment. The waitress said something condecending after i asked who was worling the front. "The manager is, shes on a call. Read moreA few days ago my wife and I ordered pizza from this location and they messed it up so bad that my wife ended up calling and speaking to the general manager Holly who said that she was going to credit our account for the entire order because they messed it up. Holly was very rude so my wife wasn’t sure if she was actually going to credit us or not but we took it on her word that she would make it right and credit us so tonight we ordered pizza from this location again. Upon arriving to pick it up, we were told that Holly never applied the credit to our account. What a surprise?!
