Subway — Restaurant in Umatilla

How this subway has 3.8 star review is beyond me especially after reading all the one star reviews. I’ve gone here a few times bc of convenience however probably never again after last nights experience. They literally had nothing no turkey no onions no lettuce - I had to resort to the steak and got the end of the steak so it didn’t even cover most of the footlong so I got a bread sandwich, my wife ordered a foot long tuna and got two scoops on the footlong bc they ran out of that as well- it was 7pm and the website said they’re open till 2am? So not sure if the heavier girl working was just too lazy to refil the buckets or they were really out of everything? Also, I’ve been there when the older lady candy as worked and she is the most rude person ever ,she literally will stare at you with evil eyes and not say word the entire time not a hello how are you what can I make for you . I mean absolutely nothing ,worse...

When we walked in lady that looked like the manager was busy chatting with kangaroo cashier and just yelled for girl in the back(Muriel). Muriel was rude, she made sloppy sandwiches, tomatoes looked like they havent been changed since am, spinnach was soggy, and she tried to force us to tske white bread. She(Muriel) was rude to my 7 year old girl, she added onion to my wifes sandwich after my wife said not to. What the hell? Worst service I have recieved in a long time. This is the second time we got bad service there and will not go back. Also what the hell is up with that smirk and not saying thanks to customers? She literally stood there staring at the register waiting for me to grab my food of the counter where it was clearly on her side of counter and should have been...

Rather disappointed with this store. Even for Subway's standards, the wait time just to get my order taken was almost 10 minutes. And there weren't even that many people ahead of us (plus an online order?). When we were finally able to get our orders taken, the employees were about average in terms of politeness, helpfulness, etc. The food tasted as expected, though they didn't have any oil, oregano, or grated parmesan cheese from what I could see.

Also, from a safety standpoint, the emergency exit in the restaurant was completely blocked off (matter of fact, the other emergency exit on the other side of the Circle K convenience store was also mostly blocked). Overall, not very impressed, and the facility could be fined for poor...
