The visit started out good. Friendly staff. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries and my mom ordered the Philly cheese steak baked potato. We each ordered a bowl of chili. The waitress said it would be cheaper if we got a large bowl and split it. We obliged. We got our order in a decent amount of time. Everything except the chili. Mom said her potato was really good. My sandwich was really good but it didn't have much meat it. No big deal, after all there were a good amount of fries and the chili... whenever it finally came out. We finished eating and when the waitress brought the ticket, I asked about the chili. She said she was gonna go get it. A good 7 minutes later she comes back (with no chili) and starts explaining why it took a total of 40 minutes from order to table, to heat up a bowl of chili in the microwave. To be honest I'm still not sure what she even said. I kindly asked to get it go and also asked for two styrofoam cups to take our drinks to go. She said no problem and went to get the cups and chili. I included the picture of the cup of chili. Yes, there were 2 of these little dipping sauce cups but come on guys...$4 for that?? And even though she brought the chili, she didn't bring the to go cups. She went to get them. 10 minutes later we are very much tired of waiting. My mom gets up to use the restroom and sees our waitress OUTSIDE SMOKING!!!! We grabbed our own cups and left. Unacceptable service...

The food was decent, no complaints for the price point. The server brought out the wrong food for me (I ordered a potato and she brought out a burger) then got an attitude when I asked her to fix it. I'm seriously not sure why this place has such a high rating, its average at best with slow staff. Don't make the same mistake I did, just eat some place else.

My main issue is that the staff aren't educated about service dogs. I brought my service dog in with me to eat dinner at this establishment. Everything was fine and no one said anything at first. Right before it took them 17 minutes to get our check, a staff member came up and started baby talking my service dog who was quietly laying under the table. No member of the public, especially a staff member, needs to have any type of interaction with someone's service dog. Especially doing something as distracting as baby talking in a high pitched voice. It's illegal according to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) to purposefully distract a service dog from doing their job. Train your workers...

From the beginning it was a disaster. We were told to seat ourselves, and had a difficult time finding a clean table and floor. There was food under nearly every table. The coffee was terrible, the eggs were undercooked and runny, making the omelette slimy and gross. Their fried potatoes were mushy and flavorless. The biscuits were the only thing decent. The service was subpar, server forgot the cream and sugar for our coffee, when we asked for it again, she brought us a dirty little basket with creamer spilled in it, dirty spoons, and hardly any creamer or sugar left…as if someone had taken it from a dirty table and brought it directly to us without cleaning or refilling it. A server walked by and spilled food on the floor right next to another patron, they picked up the big pieces but left the crumbs and the smeared butter from the toast on the floor. We won’t be back. McDonald’s has a...

I’ve gotten delivery from this place once or twice and it’s always been delicious, but I’d never been inside until today. It looks a little small from the outside but there’s actually a decent amount of seating inside and out. The staff was really friendly and welcoming and service was quick. As far as the food goes I can only speak to what I’ve actually eaten so I can tell you the loaded baked potatoes are binge worthy and easily enough for 2 meals. The pizzas are fresh made hand tossed and way better than dominos, their ribs are juicy and fall right off the bone, and I can’t get enough of their seasoned fries. 🤤

We stopped in after visiting the Discovery Park of America. They had plenty of options on the menu to accommodate everyone in our party. My husband ordered the special of the day, which was meatloaf, and he said it was delicious. I got a burger and it was very thick and juicy, like a homemade patty. We also had the onion tanglers and they were well made. Our party got slices of a chocolate cake and strawberry cake that were excellent. The service was quick and pleasant. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Everyone was very friendly. Scott’s Grill is definitely a good place to stop and eat!
