First of all, Inside was closed. No signs or notices letting you know this. So when the mobile app tells you to go inside to the mobile pick up area, its a bit confusing when you actually have to go through the drive thru. Second of all, Ive never had to wait this long for food. While no one was in line except me and the other people at the speaker (no one is making food), i managed to somehow wait 10 minutes AFTER letting them know i had a mobile order. I was told to wait and asked to repeat my order so many times i lost count. Third of all, By the time i got my food, it was incorrect. Missing sandwich, i had 3 fries, no dipping sauce. This wouldnt have been so bad if i didnt have to go back into the drive thru to wait another 10-15 minutes just to let them know that i didnt get my entire order.
Finally, Even after getting my hamburger, it was incorrect and not how i asked for it. This time, I refused to go into the line and had to walk up to the window to beg for a hamburger. I even made it easy for them, i told them i didnt even care about condiments anymore. Just give me a plain burger so i can go home. And for like the 10th time, i was asked a couple more times what i ordered. An hour to an incorrect order and i feel scammed. I don't even leave negative reviews since i understand mistakes happen, but this isnt a mistake anymore. This is negligence and you guys need to wake up.
Not to mention the manager comes by, looks at the table "Hmm its a little dirty here" and leaves without another word. I wonder if she was even helping out the staff who were clearly struggling. I hope.
At least the burger i got was edible, even though it wasnt what i originally ordered. I think its safe to say: Imagine theres just a parking lot and nothing else where the wendy's is. You're better off because if you end up going here, you'll feel empty and...
Read moreIf I could give it a zero that is still too good a rating. The person on the window refused to let us pay with a cash app card but didn't have any advance warning that they couldn't take it. Then after going to get the cash to pay for it, they refused to let it be paid for unless we went back through the line which was really ridiculous when the order was very plainly sitting there. At the very least if you are not taking a card to pay for an order there needs to be signs posted to that affect. I know supplies are an issue to get but when you have only 2 choices for drinks which is either coke or high c juice someone is really slacking as to not fixing sweet tea or unsweetened or maybe even the strawberry lemonade.
