Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Union Grove

Extremely disappointed in the teenager staff and lack of customer service. On 8/1/18 I stopped in after playing 6 volleyball games wanting a quick snack at 9:53 pm. OPEN sign was on and there were 4-5 individuals inside and in front of the register who already ordered. The girl at the register started taking my order and when I finished, some kid raced out from apparently the kitchen and whispered something to her...then he went back to the kitchen. She then told me that the grill was shutting down but I could get an ice cream or something like that. I informed her it still wasn't 10, and I was extremely hungry and didn't want to cook at home after a long night of volleyball. She apologized and said she couldn't do anything about it. Went there today and ordered my fiod. Was asked for ketchup, salt pepper and I said yes. Got one ketchup 2 salts and 2 pepper. Asked for a few more ketchup and more pepper. Got 1 ketchup and two more peppers and I was like really. Daughter ordered and was asked the same and I said yes and more pepper. The cashier grabbed a whole handful and slammed it on the counter. At this time I had enought. Asked for it to go and I'll use my own ketchup, salt and pepper. Got home and order was wrong. I will never go here again. Ordered a 2 double cheeseburger combo Neither burgers were made to order, missing additional toppings.

The bacon was added to the wrong burger. The other was meant to have bacon and ranch put onto it. That did not occur The only thing that WAS correct, was the flamethrower sauce on the 1st burger & the substitution of American cheese for pepperjack cheese on the 2nd. Very disappointing, I’d hope the employees can take a closer look at the orders moving forward.
