Burger King — Restaurant in Union Township

Update***(The last 3 times I've been here they have greatly improved their customer service since my initial review)** The past 3 times going here have been aggravating. I told the lady I wanted the two for $6 deal which was a big chicken and a Big King. I was charged full price for the big Chicken which was $5 and I told the lady I never got the Big King. She told me I never ordered the Big King. I specifically said "I'll take the 2 for 6 deal....one big king and one big chicken" Why would she tell me I never ordered the Big King? I know what I ordered. Why tell me that I'm lying? I didn't come here to lie, I came here to order a 2 for 6 deal. They then rang me up for a $3 burger and gave me a big king, making it a 2 for $8 and gave me an attitude.

The very next time I went through the drive thru (months later) I told my gf "watch this they'll probably give me an attitude for no reason." I ordered my girlfriend just the Big Fish Combo, let's say it's the number 5 I think. My gf then told me that she didn't want lettuce or pickles on it, just plain with mayonnaise. The problem occured when my gf told me this the worker asked me if I wanted anything else atvthe same time. I didn't respond to the worker INSTANTLY because I was listening to my gf in the passenger seat so the worker yelled "HELLO!!" through the speaker very rudely at me. Ive never had to raise my voice at a worker in my life but I had to shout "HOLD ON!!" because both of them were talking at once. Surprising the worker lowered her voice and said "ok" so then I told her to make sure it's plain with just mayonnaise. Then I pull up to the first window and it's someone else who was very polite. I guess when you don't have to see the person who orders they are more likely to give an attitude. Nobody else was even in line so there shouldn't have...

I go to "Amelia Ohio Burger King" everyday before work so I'm in there quite a bit I have reported many things to the district manager and it doesn't seem like it sinks in because their Coke machine has been broke down for almost a year It has nothing but problems You can't even get the right drink that you want They are out of food all the time If it ain't one thing it's another there is a few cool people that work there but there is a lot of crew that has just straight lazy The district manager really needs to do something about this company It is a shame that they let their company go down this far when you walk in they're ceilings look like they are leaking from water The place doesn't seem very clean If you had a good crew a lot of that stuff could be cleaned up and the place could be running a lot better but like I said the district manager doesn't seem like he wants to do his job so how does other people get impressed by that they don't so that's why you have a bad crew and a bad restaurant It all starts from the top and works its way down it's like the domino effect and their dominoes are crashing They only have 3.1 review I've seen online I only give them one star because how bad the place is running and also because when you try to talk to a district manager he doesn't want to listen or hear anything you say hopefully they get something under control soon It would be nice to go a Burger King and actually get what you want and be out of there under 5 minutes but with this Burger King you'll probably be waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes most orders something needs to be done fast this is downright ridiculous I wouldn't make up something...

I love Bk always have always will. BUT, i went here on lunch break today, when i walk in there was no one in front of me waiting for food. I walk up to the counter, 3 crew members look at me, no one comes to take my order. Then finally this lady comes up and says "ill be with you in a min" 7 mins later she comes to take my order.

After she takes my order i walk over to the pop machine, i LOVE the freestyle machines they are the best. I tap the screen, they are out of almost everything. Thankfully they had my Mello Yellow i love. I proceed to get my drink, i look around for lids for my large cup. There are 4 on top of where they should be, all scattered around im like ehh okay whatever.

I then proceeded to my table set my drink and jacket down, walk back up to wait another 11 mins for my food, I then get my food and i notice they have no ketchup, and if you know me i LOVE ketchup. So i ask "do you guys have any ketchup" lady says "oh no were out?" So she walked over to the counter and opened up the door and pulled out a box and let me grab some out which was nice of her.

I then go to sit down and I look at this booth thats across a little way from me, there this what looks like "homeless" person sleeping in this booth with a laptop plugged in, crocs on the floor with her feet out of them and covered up with a blanket with trash all over the table....

Thank god the food was fresh, good burger fries and drink no complaints there, mainly just the waiting and how the place looked.

i would only come back if it were the last BK around. I would rather drive to Milford and be late getting back to work than...
