We went through the drive through around 8:45pm on September 14th. The gentleman taking our order was laughing through the intercom the whole time which wouldn’t have been a problem if when we got to the window the gentleman who took our order and the person beside him which I would assume was the manager based of the color of the shirt they were wearing started to laugh hysterical. I took it as being laughed at due to nothing being said to us as well as closing the window and proceeding to laugh and talk to each other. The gentleman who took our order opened the window back up and says they are waiting for an item and shuts the window again. When he opens it to hand us out food nothing was said not a “have a good night” not a “this is everything” mind you they almost forgot the thing we were waiting on as the manager beside him throws the item in the bag and shoves it out the window and goes onto getting a drink for a different order. I have worked fast food so I get it to a certain degree. The food was all there but dude the service sucked you don’t laugh in someone’s face as soon as you open the window it’s extremely rude and then to almost forget the item you told us we were waiting on because you were too busy laughing at people its lack...

THE WENDYS IN BUCKEYE LAKE MALE EMPLOYEES WORKING ON JULY 15TH WERE VERY RUDE!!!! ON TOP OF RUDE SERVICE IT TOOK 35 MINS FOR 2 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWHICHS. THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DRIVE THRU THEN THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAD IN FRONT OF THEM. WE WERE TOLD OUR FOOD WOULD BE UP IN 10MINS BUT I SAT AND WATCHED THEM BAG MY FOOD FOR THE DRIVE THRU. WHICH IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE'S EVEN SAID OUT LOUD, "I HOPE WE GET SOME BAD COMPLAINTS TONIGHT!" AS THERE WERE 6 PEOPLE AND MYSELF WAITING FOR FOOD INSIDE. PEOPLE THAT ORDERED AFTER ME GOT THERE FOOD FIRST. I LIVE IN HEBRON AND THIS IS THE CLOSET WENDYS TO ME. EVERY TIME I GO HERE ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING! NOT GETTING ALL OF YOUR FOOD THAT YOU PAID FOR OR COLD FRIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING IN A BUCKET ABOVE THE FRYER. WHICH YOUR MOTTO OF "they are not old til sold!" IS BULLSHIT...... YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR NASTY SOGGY COLD FRIES THEY ARE SITTING ASIDE IN A BUCKET!
