Kyoto Sushi II — Restaurant in Union

I wasn’t greeted when I entered, but I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t hear me come in… even though there were no other customers inside . Once I was greeted, the woman was very friendly. I enjoyed all of my items (edamame, sushi roll, and gyoza, fried Oreo dessert ). I do wish the edamame has been salted throughout instead of only on top. It was completely silent inside the restaurant also. There was a TV on, but it was on mute. Some nice soft music would’ve been nice while enjoying my meal. They do have parking on the side of the building. I will definitely return here and try other items...

WAITED AN HOUR TO PICK UP FOOD. PLACED AN ORDER ON THEIR ONLINE PICK UP . WHEN I WENT THERE AND WAITED OVER AN HOUR THEY SAID IT NEVER WENT THRU?????WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THERE WERE OTHERS WHO WERE WAITING AND WERENT BEING ATTENDED TO AND WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ORDERS! ORDER PICK UP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY AT 8 WAITED TILL 9 JUST TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER “ RECEIVED” IT I EVEN SHOWED THEM MY CONFIRMATION ORDER NUMBER EMAIL AND TEXT!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!...

I used to really like this place. But it has gone downhill with the service I walked in to have a meal alone and I was asked “is it just you” immediately felt the mistreatment a family of 4 walked in I was asked to rudely move from my table towards one of the up front tables as if they would tip more than I was as a “solo” person, the server should’ve handled this better.
