The food was great as were the staff but the woman who said she was the "GM" and "district manager" is absolutely horrible. When I walked in i was greeted by a nice lady who helped me right away, at the time their credit cards were not swiping so she kindly asked to help me an put the numbers in manually I agreed. A few seconds later another woman walked over to her an started scolding her right in front of me,the customer, getting smart with her an putting her down all while I was standing their. She tried to tell her the card reader worked an then proceeded to grab my credit card right out of my hand which completely caught me off guard. This woman was very rude. After that she started yelling an I mean loudly and very condescending at a gentleman who was making the pizzas bec he was trying to help one of the delivery drivers get an order, mind you this whole time not only was I in the store but my child was also. She would be so rude when anyone asked her a question an at this point I had enough. I asked to speak to a manager thats when she came out from the back yelling I'm the "gm, what do u need?" I proceeded to tell her that the way she grabbed my credit card from my hand was very unprofessional an the way she is yelling or speaking to her staff is so unprofessional as well expecially when their are customers present in the store... Well she then decided to start getting smart with me telling me shes the boss an thats her job, she turned her back an said I'm doing my job!!!! She then proceeded to ignore what I was saying that's when I asked for her name an she said I don't have to tell u that. I asked who was above her she said 1800dominos. I have ordered from this place so many times an I have never been treated so rudely in my life from a restaurant. The poor staff were doing a wonderful job an did not deserve the way she was speaking to them. This woman is in no way helping your business. I hope this reaches whoever it is that needs to know about how their "district manager" is running the uniontown pa shop, an fixes the problem. Horrible...

Immediately called the store and was promised a credit linked to my telephone #. I ordered a additional time after the fact without using my promised credit SMH Today I attempted to use the credit...and was rudely told by a alleged manager...whom was too cowardly to reveal his name...that there wasn't a credit SMH...As I began to state what had happened...he became overally hostile and pretty much tried making me out to be a liar SMH It's NOT my/ANY customer's fault...that a employee of Domino's LIED... that employee being Heidi!!! Heidi you know that you called me searching for my address!!! You, also know I was waiting in the door for you and voiced my concern of food being cold!?! Which it most definitely was!!! Learn basic customer service skills and manners... before dealing with the public!!! Your human error is on you!!! BUT, you chose to LIE to cover your faults that evening!!! Obviously the store is filled with MORE than 1 LIAR...due to the male promising a credit on my account. Unfortunately the employees(3 I personally dealt with) are a negative reflection of Domino's!!! Read moreThe food is delicious and the delivery drivers are so courteous! I appreciate that! My order got mixed up one time and my total didn't tip the driver! I try to tip every time I place an order. I called back so upset and wanted to make sure that the young lady was tipped. How bout the manager said I got this! I will tip her for you!!! I was so excited and full of tears 😭 whaaat!!! How thankful I was to hear that!!! He said stop worrying I got you. Wow. I love a happy ending to something that started off so confused. I placed my order online but it didn't accept my credit card to pay for the order. I didn't know that it didn't go through!I assumed it paid for the order! Like it always has!!! Once I found out I panicked and got upset and embarrassed. So I called and paid for the order by phone but it left the tip off. Oh my goodness I am so grateful for Dominoes Pizza and their Manager! I forgot his name but please know that I am so happy 😁 that you were so thoughtful and I appreciate you so much ❤️ 🥰 I thank God for how the phone call turned out to be a Blessing!!!
