I had a really frustrating experience at this location. My order took 20 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and when I finally got it, the sandwich was made incorrectly. I had to go back inside to get it fixed, which added another 12 minutes to the delay.
When I mentioned the mistake, the employee started remaking the sandwich using the wrong type of bagel again (a poppy seed instead of what it actually comes with). When I politely corrected him, he responded with rudeness instead of simply acknowledging the mistake.
I was told the sandwich was cold because "we took so long to make it" — not exactly the kind of customer service you'd hope for. What made it worse was the attitude: no apology, no accountability, just defensiveness and a combative tone.
On top of everything, I saw one of the over trays get dropped on the ground, then picked up and reused without any visible attempt to clean it.
I wouldn’t be writing this review if someone had just offered a simple apology or shown a bit of empathy. But this experience made it clear that customer care is not a priority here.

The rest of the waiting people seemed to be in no better a situation. as for the rest of the visit.. this location, the parking lot, is all a cluster and will only get worse. they have the worst laid out drive/parking lot so far. the food overall is unnoteworthy. totally blah. so glad they bulldozed a whole strip of unique and independent shops for this bland generic anytown USA crap, behind a huge fortress wall no less. No respect to customers. We get out order and it isn't right. We asked for no aioli on the sandwichs. We went back up to the young lady who had taken our order and she's not thrilled but wasn't surprised she wasn't thrilled to take our order either. The guy in the back went out of his way took over the interaction was so apologetic and would re make them willing. We need more people like him in this world!
