Adding to all of the other bad reviews feels like a waste of time, but it's as much as I can do. I started by calling the corporate customer service, but hung up after being on hold for thirty minutes. We used to order from Domino's regularly - only delivery. For years it worked the way it is supposed to. Last month, we ordered a pizza online that showed up an hour late, cold, and not at all similar to the toppings or sauce that we ordered. The worker who answered the phone was rude and it was a pretty terrible experience. Last night, we decided that the bad experience was probably a one-off and we should give them another chance. This time it was worse; we ordered a pizza that we paid for and never received. After waiting over an hour for the deliver (after the estimated delivery time), then waiting on hold for about ten minutes, the manager said that if we wanted a pizza we would have to come get it because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I have no idea why they took the order in the first place.
There was no attempt to fix the problem, they would not cancel the order so we were charged for the pizza, and they were incredibly rude. I thought we would find a different Domino's location for next time but now I know that the same company, MBR management owns most of the locations around here (I spent the thirty minute hold time researching the location owner). No more Domino's...
Read moreWow. What can I say positive about this location. Not much. That’s not to say they don’t make the same great food that I have had from Domino’s. Recently, or should I say today, I was going down some stairs near this Domino’s and I slipped on the ice. I went to this location and asked if I could use the restroom to clean my hands. Well, apparently they make you buy something to have that privilege, even if you have purchased 20 pizzas from them in the past year. The cheapest thing on the menu is a 20oz soda which is under $2. I’m not a baller but I also needed to wash my hands and I wasn’t thirsty or hungry so....I gave them my $2 and told them to keep the change because obviously they need it more than me. Please don’t eat here, or at least at this location. They stated this rule was from cooperate but I would think that maybe a smaller fee would be more appropriate. I guess they can’t afford a smaller fee. What I have learned is that if they charge you about $2 to you the restroom then they must be going broke. I would rather eat Papa John’s at this point, even though I hate Papa John’s. Damn...
Read moreI recently made an order online for a pizza with pineapple. I accidentally forgot to add extra & I called & spoke with Isaiah. He was so willing to help over the phone, happy to help, & gave amazing customer service if I needed anything else!
Last time I was there I had an elderly women yelled at me & be super rude when I called & complained that I didn’t receive my ranch sauce with my order. She made it so extremely problematic that she literally argued with me over the phone that it was “my” fault that I didn’t receive the sauce, even though it eas on my order & showed up on my receipt. (My boyfriend was picking up the order so he didn’t know if sauce came or not, he was just expecting a pizza!) Now I get it, mistakes happen. I’m not upset that it happened. I am upset with how she handled the situation. The manager who was working that evening didn’t seem to care. So unprofessional & disrespectful.
