⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 100/100 A place as radiant as the twin suns of Tatooine, this is! 🌅 A beacon of flavor in the vast galaxy of dining options. Adding this to my Jedi Archives for all future travels to this system! 🥷🌯 The Meal: Ordered the chicken burrito with a side of their legendary house Kimchi Slaw, as wisely recommended by a most hospitable attendant. A sample she provided, and enlightened I was! The slaw—balanced in sweet and heat—a symphony of flavors in perfect harmony, much like the Force itself. 🔥🥢 When paired with the burrito, the experience was no less than a gustatory awakening rivaling that of a Jedi’s first lightsaber ignition. Perhaps… one of the greatest burritos in all the Outer Rim. 💰 The Credits Spent: A price fairer than a peaceful negotiation on Naboo. 🥷🌯 Chicken Burrito – 12 credits 🌶️🥗 Kimchi Slaw – 4 credits 🥤 Fountain Drink – 3 credits 💵 For less than 20 credits before tip, a feast fit for a Jedi Master, it was. 🎨 The Ambiance: Ah, but the artistry! Impressive. Most impressive. The murals and decor tell a story as rich as the food itself, immersing all who enter into an experience unlike any other. A sanctuary of taste and creativity, this place has become. 🌍 Final Verdict: If you dwell in the STL system or find yourself visiting this quadrant, heed my words! This is the way… to a meal so unforgettable, it will be spoken of in Jedi Council meetings for generations to come. A pilgrimage all food-loving Padawans, smugglers, and Sith Lords alike must embark upon. ✨ A must-visit. A masterpiece of flavor. A true legend among eateries. 100/100 stars, I grant it. ⭐️🚀

Ordering a Gogi Bowl with spicy pork at Seoul Taco, located in the vibrant Loop of University City, is an adventure in flavors that bridges Korean culinary traditions with a modern twist. As you step into the bustling atmosphere of Seoul Taco, you're immediately enveloped in the aromatic scents of spices and sizzling meats, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The Gogi Bowl itself is a masterpiece of texture and taste. At its heart is the spicy pork, marinated in a blend of Korean spices and sauces, then grilled to perfection. Each bite of the pork offers a delightful balance of heat, sweetness, and savory depth, making the flavors dance on your palate. The pork is then served over a bed of steaming white rice, which acts as the perfect canvas to absorb the rich, spicy sauces. Alongside, an assortment of fresh vegetables adds crunch and freshness to the dish, creating a harmonious contrast with the tender, flavorful meat. Accompanied by a side of kimchi, which brings its own tangy and spicy complexity, the Gogi Bowl becomes a complete meal that satisfies with every forkful. The experience of eating at Seoul Taco in the Loop is enhanced by the lively and casual setting, where the energy of University City is palpable. It's a place where food lovers gather to indulge in the bold flavors of Korean-inspired street food, served with a side of warmth and hospitality that makes every visit a delight.

My dining experience at Seoul Taco on December 12th, 2018, was deeply disappointing, compelling me to write this negative review. The food, which should have been a delightful fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisine, was a letdown. It was not only dry and stale but also lacked the vibrant flavors that are the hallmark of these culinary traditions. The tacos, in particular, were a dismal failure, with meats that tasted as if they had been left out for far too long, losing any semblance of freshness or taste.

Speaking of freshness, it was painfully clear that Seoul Taco does not prioritize this key aspect of culinary excellence. The ingredients seemed old and worn out, contributing to a meal that was far from the fresh and exciting experience I had anticipated. This lack of freshness not only diminished the taste but also the overall quality of the dishes.

The poor quality of the food also raised questions about the value for money. Dining out is not just about eating but about the experience, and unfortunately, Seoul Taco failed to deliver on both fronts. I left feeling that my money was wasted on food that was unsatisfactory and forgettable.

It's been several years since that visit, and I had hoped that Seoul Taco might have improved. However, it appears that elevating their food quality and customer experience hasn't been a priority, which is deeply concerning. A restaurant should evolve and strive to better its offerings, but Seoul Taco seems to have stagnated.

Given my experience, I have no intention of returning to Seoul Taco. A good restaurant visit leaves you satisfied and eager for your next meal there. Sadly, Seoul Taco did the opposite for me. In conclusion, my visit was marked by unappetizing food, a lack of freshness, poor value, and no observable improvements over the years. I cannot recommend this establishment, and I will not be returning. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience, but at Seoul Taco, it was...
