Hitea — Restaurant in University City

This is my first time writing a review ever and I just had to because I felt like I was scammed into paying $7 for just rice. I ordered the “Yaki Onigiri Frilled Rice Balls” and was under the impression that they would be filled with tuna and sauces or anything in that matter like the ones in a Simple basic Japanese menu or restaurant but they were legit just rice with a crispy topping(fried) which is a scam for $7 for literally just rice. I am giving a two star because of the drinks were okay but this food is ridiculous and again I want to reiterate that they charge $7 for literally rice and label onigiri which is supposed to be a Japanese rice ball filled with different things like tuna, salmon,...

Waited like 30 minutes for ONE APPETIZER when there was just us and another group of people there. asked them if they forgot about our order and they told us that they could give us a free drink because we waited for so long, but we already got drinks so we said it’s fine, so then they said instead of giving us the drink, they would give us more chicken in the appetizer…. I attached a picture of the food we ended up getting.. is that more than the normal amount? Giving a 3 star instead of 1 because still appreciate the employee...

Ordered through Chowbus and they didn't give one of our drinks to the driver, then refused to redeliver the drink they didn't add, saying they wouldn't 'cover the delivery fee' for the mistake. 0/10, it's a real shame because they have such good tea, but I'll be thinking again about reordering from here if they won't even bother trying to make it up to the customer when there is a mistake.
