Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in University City

Not impressed with the extra thin crust. The pizza doesn't taste the same. So you change the crust but the way you cook the pies didn't change. The texture is so different.

Then you change the chef salad to accommodate customers with allergies or dislikes; no black olives, onions, less meat, etc. It's not the same pizza at the same prize. If you change something so drastically. You need to call it something different or let customers know when they place orders. If I'd known I was going to get a styrofoam box of iceberg, a drizzle of meat and clumpy of cheese with eggs sliced so small and thin - I wouldn't have ordered it. Unfair. You all are cutting back on your products, still ranking top retailers, making multi-millions and none of your faithful customers have been paying attention. Sure, everybody is cutting back but it has not suited your brand. The square now tastes like your boxes!

Got my order wrong. The difference between Hat trick & triple play special? Ravioli not Garlic bread. I called & They will fix it by delivery. 3 stars for that. Then female manager told me to give the garlic bread back to the driver? It was rock hard so I threw it in the trash.I said that as she was hanging up, Said Manager then called me back to tell me to take bread out the thrash and still give it to the driver. What the 😠..(Perhaps I was lying?) I wasn’t it made me feel some kinda way for her to take the time and call me back just to say!. Plus I was already feeling bad about having a driver deliver an order of ravioli only in this ICY bad weather? I tell her Keep your raviolii, don’t send anyone to my house. After 39 years I’m done. Can Somebody please help that manager improve on her customer service skills? And if that’s the policy of the Restsurant, honey I feel sorry for you working for...

Don't ever order anything from day shift. I usually get wrong orders delivered. I, once, got a crispy caesar salad but the chicken tasted like it was fried and stored for the next day. The female manager did not believed me. She had caused me to go off on her for a while. That was last year. This morning, I ordered grilled chicken caesar salad and got hardly any cheese on it. I called back tonight and talked to the worker about it and she apologized for it. She said corporation cut back lots of things. I had wished she seen this got dayum salads I ordered. She suggested that I talk to the morning manager. I refused to do so. One more strike and I am done ordering from them actively since almost 10 months.
