Men's restroom is dirty piss on the floor literally walking on it and poo all on the toilet seat, my husband walked in and walked right back out. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my order to a medium or large and I said no just a regular combo. Waited over ten minute for a dine in order and when I got my food I only got 2 burgers and no fries or drink. When I asked where they were she said you didn't order any and I told her yes I only wanted the regular combo I didn't want to upgrade to the med or large, and she said well if you want I can charge you for it and I told her I was fine I'll just stay with what I got. The chicken sandwich was good but my Big Carl was dry af! I have never had a Big Carl dry and to top it off it was cold (most likely from sitting on the shelf since it took them over 10 minutes to get my food) I still ate it because I was taught never to waste food but as soon as I was done I rushed to my car for my water because it felt like I ate a sponge. Will not be going back to this location after my experience today! The drive through employee was distracted the entire time talking to other people while simultaneously taking my order, was unfriendly & tried rushing me through. On top of that, one of the items I ordered was a hamburger with ketchup only & when I got home it was a cheeseburger with mayo & onion. I verified with the drive through employee & read on the ordering screen that my order was placed correctly but they still managed to get it wrong! I never do reviews but I’m hoping the manager or something sees this lol I’ve been here twice and both times the worker at the drive thru window had me playing bumper cars . She has me reverse and drive foward multiples times to get closer to the window but the concrete in the floor makes it impossible for me to get too close.
