I usually never write review but I had to for this. First off, the food was ok but the service was unbelievable. The cashier was less than nice or attentive. I ordered crispy shrimp without the rice. He requested to order the appetizer, I hadn't seen that and said yes can I have one order. He replied OK anything else? My family finished the order and we sat down and waited for our food. Keep in mind. there was no more than 6 people in the place and half of them ordered after us. Half an hour later we hear "order number 10" my family was order 13. Another 12 minutes by and finally we receive our food. I then realize that instead of placing my order for shrimp the cashier ordered some kind of stuffed pastries. I tell the same cashier that this is not what I ordered and he said that he would get on it and just left. I was starving so I decided to try the pastries since my food was going to take a while. After I take one bite of it, the same guy comes up and tells me that I have to pay the difference. He said that he had to take back the pastries and I told him that I had already bit one since I was very hungry due to the long wait. Long story short I had to pay full price for an order of shrimp appetizer and then waited 15 more minutes and finally got my order. This was the first and last time I will be coming...

Matthew was rude to a disabled Military Veteran, we won't be back. This place has always been a favorite for our family, until today's visit. After a nice afternoon hike, we thought it would be a great spot to refuel. However, the customer service was disappointing. Matthew, the cashier, a young man with curly hair, a backward baseball cap, a large nose ring, and facial hair, took our order. He spoke very quickly and mumbled, making it difficult to understand him. My husband had to ask him to repeat himself several times because we couldn't hear nor understand.
After we placed the order, my husband pointed out to Matthew that he spoke too fast and was hard to hear. Hoping to offer constructive criticism and feedback. Matthew's response was, "Well, it is fast food for a reason; it's what I get paid to do." If he had said that before I paid, I would have walked out and canceled the order.
When customers come in with hearing difficulties and need clarification, and you have an employee like Matthew representing your company with this type of poor attitude, you risk losing a customer. Read moreMy mother sent me to pick up some Ono Hawaiian BBQ because she was craving it. They have a sign up on restaurant door "Masks Are Recommended". They have plastic guards up around the registers. When I walked in, there was one couple waiting on their order. I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate for my mom, but without the veggies w/extra scoop of Macaroni Salad instead. My mom doesn't like Cabbage too much, & that's what the veggies mostly are, plus a couple of florets of Broccoli. I got myself the Beef & Chicken Combo Plate, also ordered 6 piece Crab Rangoons to share. The Rangoons consist of cream cheese & little bits of crab (probably immitaion, but not sure)wrapped in fried Wonton. Waited inside while food was prepared. 3 customers came in to pick up Online/called in orders & someone else ordered there while I waited. I watched the girl @ register come out & restock the dipping sauce cups & lids, & clean area around the Teriyaki & Katsu sauce dispensers & soda fountain before returning behind the register.
