Food is good really good!! They ordered ceviche tostada and fish tacos!! The kitchen guy knows what he's doing!! BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! , I don't know her name and I don't Even care at this point! But the waitress the one with the banana on her head, service is horrible and she has attitude!! Since she left the tostada bowl at the table she looked at us with disgust! My brother in law ordered the soup of the day and before she left that table he switched his mind for a different soup! He asked to her and her response was " I'm already send the order, I can't switch it" not even 2 minutes passed! It was 3 at the table and she don't Even asked to me if I wanted to eat or drink or something, she left the table , and I had to call her back to order what I wanted, also she didn't offer us, if we wanted something for a drink any kind of beverage not even water, Honestly she's not good working for service industry!! I dunno if she's owner, co owner or owner relative! But she should look for something else !! HORRIBLE SERVICE...

I never leave bad reviews but I had to today, I went in over the weekend, place was empty so they weren’t busy , the waitresses just seemed like they were in a bad mood like they didn’t want to work and they were dragging their feet, then one of the waitresses comes in with greasy messy hair and goes to the restroom or wherever and does her hair in there I’m guessing, but what really took me by surprise was the girl came out of the restroom and literally glared at me so I glared back and we ended up in a staring match for about 10 seconds. I have never ever been in a situation where me and a waitress are just staring at each other , it was just odd , I felt uncomfortable, finished my food and other customers came in and they were super friendly to them, I don’t want to say theyre racist but they were nice to everyone else but me, I was smiling and nice from the start so I’m still confused on why I got that treatment, they need all new waitresses or to put them in customer service training. Will not be going back,...

1st time here. We (8) were received great and fast. We ordered the 8 guero tostadas, michaladas. And a mixta caldo that was split into two bowls. We only got 3 tostada trays each with 4 tostadas & 1 lime cut in half each tray. Naturally, we ordered 2 more tostadas and were charged 7 dollars for each tray. Food was delicious. Place was clean. Prices were a but up there. Waitress was great. Except waitress never advise that they automatically charge 18% tip for parties of eight. So I paid 18% tip 2x. I called kindly to ask for some kind of acknowledgment was told over and over again they automatically charge 18% tip for parties of eight even though twice I asked why they didn't advise of that at time of sitting or when given a little tiny electronic kiosk to pay. Was told manager would call me back and manager never called me back. Oh well....
