I pulled up at about 2:00 p.m. and there were probably 10 to 15 cars in the Drive-Thru going down the street so I parked and got up my car and locked up to the window. There were a lot of people waiting around and none of them were waiting to order. They had all already ordered so I placed my order I got a cake shake and a blended rebel. About 20 minutes later I asked if they were getting close to my order because multiple people had walked up and gotten their drinks after I placed my order. They said my drink would be ready soon so I waited another 10 or so minutes and was told my drink would be up next. I saw them give at least four more people drinks before I told them I needed a refund because they should have told me it would be 45 minutes just to get two drinks from the beginning. The girl said fine and had no idea how to issue a refund after a few more minutes she ended up having to talk to a manager who was like I'm sorry and proceeded to give me my cash refund. I told the manager that employees need to be advising people if it's going to be 45 minutes for two drinks. He agreed. My friend also said I should have gotten my order for free and should have received my drinks with the refund. He was nice and agreed. I did get the two drinks and we loved both of them if I come back I will order in the app. The employees didn't tell me to do that but several customers who saw how frustrated I was advised that the app will speed things up and you get your first drink for free so I might give them another try another day. At first I loved it and my friends came every night after hanging out. HOWEVER lately there has been this new barista who is extremely rude and disrespectful. EVERY time we order she tries making it's fast that 75% of the time our order is wrong. There have been multiple occasions where we are handed drinks we didn't even order. THIS happens ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. TODAY I WENT TO GET A DRINK WITH CARAMEL INCLUDED AND MY DRINK CAME WITH BARELY ANY CARAMEL. When I asked for more caramel the employee told me I would have to pay extra. Pay extra for caramel you barely put?!!MIND YOU THIS BARISTA IS THE SAME ONE WHO CONSTANTLY MESSES UP OUR DRINKS. Read moreThis location is the closest to me but I try to avoid at all costs. I go to East vale, Covina, and Fontana if I want my drink done correctly. I shouldn't have to make that 20 minute plus drive but I do because of the horrible costumer service when I let them know the drink doesn't taste right.
