Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Upland

I always have issues with this location for some odd reason, the horrible attitude from the staff never bothered me until I was completely ignored this morning. I walked out after 5 or so minutes of being looked at and completely ignored. There seemed to be 3 employees working this morning in the back, with their music blasting. I tried to call HR, left a message because realistically speaking it’s a management issue, not setting the correct expectations to their employees . I have heard nothing back from them, so I thought I’d let my community know to avoid wasting their time at this establishment that not only allows for their employees to disrespect customers, but also waste their time.

I’ve also noticed the owner of this franchise has been replying sarcastically to his or her 1 star reviews, goes to show how unprofessional this...

Service: I have come here every day this week with large orders and the staff was always very accommodating and helpful.

Food: AMAZING. The Green Apple Detox is my favorite. My whole crew tries to get me to do Nekter runs for them-- if they want to take it up a notch, find an innovative way to travel with more than five drinks in your car! (I didn't have any spills, but I would if I had even one more drink in my order.)

Atmosphere: The location is small but designed well and everything is right where it should be. Bathrooms are nice single-user/neutral. It has never been busy when I have visited, so I never had to deal...

My experience was good, the people working there were awesome, but I felt that my item was pretty expensive once I added things I wanted on it, in comparison to many other places I get acai bowls. For example, if I wanted coconut on top, it was an extra $1.00, peanut butter drizzle, another $1.00, but it didn't deduct anything if I wanted no granola, no agave, etc. My bowl came out to $18+. Similar bowls from 2-3 other place I go run between $10-$12. It was delicious, but I don't know that I'd pay...
