I purchased a gift card for $40 and when I activated it learned it had ZERO balance. I attempted to get the problem solved with Starbucks customer service and they gave me the run around. Please DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM STARBUCKS. I really hope that my bad experience will help others from making the same mistake that I did. I will NEVER buy a gift card from them again!!

Read moreI go to a lot of Starbucks locations for meetings. This one is the best positioned, in terms of accessibility from the freeway, and that has enough seating. I always know that when I come to this location that I will be able to find somewhere to sit. Because it is in a little plaza with other restaurants and shops, the outside seating is rarely, if ever, filled to capacity. It is not enclosed, but covered. It can get cold on some nights, but nothing that you can’t beat with a sweatshirt or jacket.
The staff is pleasant, and always accommodating. And, I know this is a pretty high traffic location so they have to get perturbed with crazy customers and other stuff. However, they all smile and are genuinely happy to see a lot of the customers especially who are regulars...
