Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Allen Township

It was a great experience all the way @ ... I'm a 100% disabled combat engineer and was on my way home from the VA in Lebanon ... I needed food because I was running on empty and I came across Dominos and thought that's what I want ... The staff were very friendly and that's ALWAYS a good start with me ... Tha nice lady that day helped me order on my phone to save a little $$$ because I had no idea how to ... Sooooooo it didn't take very long because the cook overheard what I wanted and he proceeded to make my pizza ... It was very close to being done before I finished placing my order ... AWSOME FAST SERVICE and the pizza was VERY GOOD once I got home even my Beautiful Boxer Daisy enjoyed a small portion ... I typically don't give Her much people food , but I wanted to share my joy ... Me and my GREAT companion Daisy ( 4 legs) enjoyed the pizza from Dominos VERY MUCH !!! AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND DOMINOS PIZZA ----- AND THE STAFF WHO MADE IT A GREAT VISIT AND SO...

Go elsewhere or to a Domino's with a working online order system. The system has been down for over a month and a half, they don't answer the phone, and if you walk in to get a 7.99 carryout, it's 9.99 because "you have to order online" straight from the mouth of the beyond rude employee. Sorry folks, but that's a blatant rip off. Fix the system and in the meantime, make it right with customers. I wasted my time and effort trying to pick up lunch for my grandsons. They got Wendy's from up the street instead, that always has amazing service. Does this Domino's rip customers on the 6.99 deals also, and how many people go in person and pay extra just for the convenience??? I am livid over this. If your system is down, and I walk in to order a carryout special, you better be giving me the carryout price. I bet the computer works for delivery orders. I am reporting this to Domino's corporate. It is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth....

Ordered pizza Saturday night through the app at about 10pm, which shouldn’t be a problem for a store that doesn’t close until 1am, delivery was quick, however driver did not have a receipt for me until I asked about it, then had to go rummage through his car to find it. Upon taking the box from the driver it felt empty, I even opened it in front of the driver to make sure there was actually a pizza in there, once back in the house found the crust to be thinner than a saltine cracker, and upon even closer examination there was ZERO sauce on the pizza. This is strike two for Domino’s, last time they sent gluten free crust pizza, which was so cardboard tasting that I ended up throwing them away, not sure I’ll be giving Domino’s another chance at this rate, be better off calling...
