Absolutely incredible!! I got the Pernil with the yellow rice & beans as well an an alcapurria (plantain that’s stuffed with ground beef and fried, if you’ve never had one before, DO IT).

Let me be clear, this is hands down the absolute best Puerto Rican food I’ve in the continental United States. Outside from going to Puerto Rico directly, this is as good as it gets! The pernil and alcapurria legitimately tasted like I was eating it from a stand on the island (which I’ve done in Puerto Rico multiple times.)

If you don’t believe this random white dude’s review (I get it, I wouldn’t trust me either) My wife is Puerto Rican. She was born, raised and spent 75% of her life in Puerto Rico. SHE AGREES WITH ME! If any of you understand how difficult it is to get your Latina wife to agree with you, then you’ll understand how incredible this food is!

The place is great,clean inside and outside, the people are super humble and nice,they greeted me right away and told me what the had in the menu without me even looking at which was great, I had the arroz con gandules,pernil asado and they gave me some platanitos maduros o amarillos how they say in Puerto Rico. Food was excellent as was the service. Very friendly staff, clean and inviting atmosphere. The stuffed sweet plantains with pork were exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised since they were able to accommodate my dairy allergy. Freshly prepared salad and the tostones were as good as I make at home. We will definitely be going back for more.
