I tried to place an order online. Got an error code. No order was submitted to the store and my card was charged twice. I called once asked for a manager. The manager as soon as they got on the line hung up on me. I called again, talked to Tiffany who was kind and gave me the customer support number. Customer support was closed.
I called again this time I got Brittany. Brittany was rude as can be. She wouldn't listen, talked over me, and said i was wrong. Honey, customer is always right. Why would I lie to a domino's about $34 dollars stolen? So I continue to say well, I'm starving, I have no money(cause you stole it), have no food in my house, what can you do for me at this moment?...
She continues to tell me i'm wrong and that she wont do anything. Brittany was wrong, and should go through customer service training again and sit down to watch some training videos. Also, Thank you Brittany for not offering me any compensation or help, cause now I get to sit at home hungry. Happy Holidays everyone.

Not only did we not receive a confirmation email, when we looked back at the order to see when it was delivered, it had been delivered just two minutes prior. We checked our front porch and the garage with no pizza in sight. We searched around the house and we even checked with the neighbors, but we did not receive our order. We called and was answered by a lazy, incompetent man who refused to believe what happened. He continually told us that it was our fault, yet the driver did not even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. How were we supposed to know it was delivered, especially with no confirmation email? Since we had no way of knowing our pizza was delivered, we deserve a full refund. These lazy workers ruined our night and we were terribly hungry (while watching the Hunger Games). I find myself in new waters. When anyone can summon the ability to fail on such a grand scale, every time, while corporate shrugs and sends coupons is outstanding. This is the absolute most garbage store I’ve ever met and that is incredible to me. They are so bad I’m amazingly impressed.
