Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

I went to this Dunkin’ before work like I do occasionally. When I started to order my coffee I said “medium ice coffee with” and then was cut off by the worker “with cream and sugar?” I said no “ with almond milk, Splenda and caramel” and she said okay . Then I didn’t hear any response (Was not told to pull around, was not given a total, or asked if I want anything else) so I figured I could pull around. I pulled up and they made me an ice coffee with mocha (still did not tell me the total). I explained to the man that I asked for almond milk and caramel. Then they made me another coffee with cream in it. So i stated that I asked for almond milk. Another man comes to the window and says loud “no you did not. You did not ask for almond milk” I said “yes I did I am allergic to dairy so I would never order cream”. (Keep in mind that this guy didn’t even take my order a woman did). He appeared angry and made my coffee with almond milk and did not give me a straw until I asked . This was extremely frustrating and made me late for work! Very disappointed in the service here . What ever happened to “the customer is always right” AND I REALLY WAS ACTUALLY RIGHT in...

Went in yesterday and the person at the counter acted like she did not want to be there. Instead of greeting me as I walked in she continued to move things around and keep quiet. She finally came to the register and stood there until I said something. It should be noted I was standing there a good minute before she deigned to acknowledge me and take my order.

After taking my order she seemed to be put out that she had to fill it as well. Mind you, I was the only one in the shop. She was about to fill my order without asking me what I wanted. When I told her to let me fill it, she showed even more attitude. She grabbed my donuts 3 at a time and proceeded to forcefully put them in the boxes. When it came time to fill my donut hole order, I told her to give me an even mix of all three. She started to stuff the box with just glazed. When I mentioned I would like all of them, she said, "Well we only have 2 kinds.". I stated, "I see 3 and you were going to give me most of just one.". Which got her even angrier. She filled my order, but was snippy the whole time.

Customer service is very lacking...

They rob you!!! So I travel to Boothwyn twice a week from 1hr away to see my boyfriend. I am a loyal DD customer to my local DD and they are fantastic!! But this location sucks! First time I stopped my boyfriend was ahead of me in line on his way to work. He paid for his and my order together. When I got to the window the woman looked suspicious as she was watching my boyfriend until he pulled out onto the highway and then had me pay for my order. A few minutes later my boyfriend calls me to ask if she had me pay and I told him yes and he flipped cause he paid for my order. Well I stopped again today give it one more shot. Same woman at drive thru and she looked nervous when she saw me. Both times she refused to give me my receipt. First time she said the machine was down. This time she just flat out wouldn't give it to me. I told her I would be contacting corporate about this matter because she stole my money the last time! So I contacted corporate and this is my review. I hope something is done about this because that is just wrong! It was an older woman...
