McDonald's — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

Update from the below posted review 4 years ago! Staff are STILL horrible. I just took a friend through the drive thru at 3:19 PM today!! Mind you I them to not patronize this McDonald's. I was very adamant that I would drive a further distance to a different McDonald's. The drive-thru Clerk; she is just HORRIBLE!!! I don't unserstand how she got through an interview with anyone, much less got hired. She is, and was, and I'm sure will continue to be absolutely disengaged, unwelcoming, uncaring, apathetic, and had a ODGaF demeanor!!! Why? Why is she working there? Much less why is she working the drive thru??? The drive-thru is your first point of contact for any customer. Anyone knows that. And this disengaged uncaring unwelcoming young lady is working in your first impression position?? It makes absolutely no sense. She doesn't need to be working at all with the attitude that she displayed. She never greeted, she never spoke: other than to take my order. And when she gave me my change after I paid she still had nothing to say. I had to engage her by saying "hello" and I had to say "have a great day" because she said absolutely nothing. Why, why is she working there?? Once again I'm sick of giving people my business and my money for poor unacceptable service.

This Mc Donald's is by far the absolute worst!!!! Have been there b4 and had not so great service but tonight was absolutely horrible. I'm talking 10pm. Not dinner, not lunch 10pm. Drove up to the drive thru speaker ..a few cars were ahead of me but not at the speaker. I sat at the speaker waiting. Finally after at least 5/6 minutes I said hello is anyone in the mc Donald's to take my order??? The screen where the order usually shows up was blk. Finally a girl came on and said I will be with you in a minute. Ok great I thought....well 10 minutes later...horns honking behind me and 2 card behind me now have bailed out of the line pissed off. I finally say again..hello???? No answer...so out of the line I go too. Pull over past the 2 windows to see a large girl standing backs/sides to the windows on their cell phones. No cars in front of me at this point. No orders to fill...maybe 3 people sitting in the mc D's eating... This is the worst drive thru experience I have ever seen. Just blatant disregard for customers. Everyone in there should lose their jobs!!!!! I manage a dessert walk up window and can not believe these employees work "I say work loosely" In customer service. I would like to give no stars to this mc Donald's but it wouldn't let me. Do Not Go there EVER!!!!!...

So I had gotten doordash last night. My partner orded it. It was late, like around 10 PM. And we didn't feel like going out. We were simple. My partner got a cheeseburger and 10 piece nuggets. I Just got a large fry. A large coke. And a plain burger(no toppings, like ketchup, cheese, etc). Now I normally don't get burgers from McDonalds. Because normally they don't know what a plain burger is, and put all the toppings, unless I say I'm allergic. But I was craving a burger. Anyway my food arrived. And i ate my fries first. I drank the coke, and by this time, time had passed and my partner was fast asleep. I opened the wrapper to the burger to check and see if it had toppings on it(cause when it does, i give it to someone else). And come to find out there was no patty. Just two pieces of bread. I don't know if this was an employees way of quitting, or if someone was tired(which is understandable, but if you're messing up on orders, due to lack of sleep, please get more sleep). I'm just appalled at how they can't seem to understand what people mean by...
