Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Darby

I honestly didn't know that making a coffee (iced or hot) with extra cream and sugar and a shot of mocha would be so difficult for someone to understand but apparently it is at this Dunkin. I come in almost everyday and the only one that gets my order right is the dude that usually closes. Woman in the pink shroud should never be allowed to make coffee again if she's just gonna make it without hearing the entire order. I'm a couple of wrong orders away from going to the other Dunkin for my coffee, tea, etc... cause I'm annoyed and am not above making a scene. I'm not a women shamer whatsoever either but those women need to stop gossiping/looking at me with googly eyes and get my order...

This location is inconsistent. You can order the same thing everyday and it will be cooked differently the coffee will not taste the same. I just had to dump a whole cup. The staff prioritizes walk ins so you will wait 15-20 mins for your mobile order, they are disorganized, and some staff is slow often on cell phones or having conversation's. Definitely don’t order an iced coffee, it is always watered down.I have Officially stopped going to this location even though it is the closest to me. I started going to this dunkin bc my workplace moved and this was more on the way than the one I used to go to. In the last wk and a half my latte tasted like soap. The first time I thought it was just coincidence. Then I went Monday and when I got to work and took a sip, it tasted like soap again. I'm not gonna keep wasting almost $5 to just take a sip and have to dump the whole thing because it's undrinkable. I guess I'll have to start going back to...
