Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Darby

Just a couple of points I'd like to address here. In the comments from "The owner" they obviously used the Discription for other Wawa stores, as it mentions that "the gas is competitively priced! Neither of the Drexel Hill stores sell Gas!!! 2nd, many of the reviews I've been reading mention about the small parking lot (which, I'd like to add was a very discouraging issue for years at this particular store) However, for anyone that's not from around here, or just passing through... The owner acquired the property to the right of the store and added quite a few spaces to park! This definitely helped the problem! But when all else fails, as at least one of the other customers mentioned, there is usually spots across the street you could steal so long as you don't plan to be too long! 😉 This Wawa, just like most of the other Wawa stores I've ever been to, is always clean and spills and what nots (including their parking lot) are always addressed as soon as it possibly can! In general Wawa stores beat 7/11 stores hands down! I'd like to see this chain spread through out the nation and really can't figure out why it hasn't considering how long they've been in...

The staff in this facility is so ghetto and not organized I was waiting for my food, and this lady was so hype asking can I help you with something common sense should have told her that I was waiting for my food because that’s where you wait at, she asked me like I was bothering her so I got a refund! I will never spend my money in a facility where I don’t feel like I’m appreciated or disrespected at so many other professional places. I don’t think I’ll ever shop at Wawa again I know the employees don’t make any money but that’s the profession they chose go to school and get a better job. This store has great teamwork and customer service associates! I asked for my regular iced latte to be blended and they did this for me saying it was no problem at all. I can't have the regular blended coffee products because of the sugar content and me being diabetic. But I can order regular iced lattes with no sugar (except what's naturally in milk). So I asked if they'd be willing to make this modification. I know, it sounds small, but for me it was really nice.The entire staff were efficient and had that store clean and running smoothly.
