I had food delivered I usually order from Brothers Pizza but decided to give Fourno a try. So glad that I did the pizza was incredible so flavorful from the first bite. The Italian grinder was wonderful very tasty quality meats cheese melted to perfection wonderful roll. They got all the details of the order that I’d given them extra cheese peppercini on the Italian grinder. The desserts were OK. Tried the cannoli didn’t really taste like ricotta cheese. I also tried the tiramisu I make my own homemade this was OK same thing for the cheesecake not really thrilled. But the rest of the order was incredible won’t be ordering from brothers again. Tonight we got a pizza with pepperoni and an order of fries to try something elseb from them. Once again they did not disappoint their pizza is incredible their gravy ( tomatoe sauce) on the pizza and the cheese and the pepperoni are truly quality the taste is unbelievable I don’t think I’ve ever had a pizza that’s tasty Like the last two pizzas I’ve tried from them for us I try to Greek pizza white unbelievable from the first bite to last. And the pizza tonight the same deal playing with pepperoni excellent absolutely excellent. The fries were Crispy and Golden and just perfection! No kid in this place is the real deal can’t wait to eat my way through the rest of the menu. I love Greek pizza and this was the best I’ve ever had and I don’t even like pepperoni I ordered that for my boyfriend and I enjoyed every single bite of it can’t say enough about this place. Last night was my second time ordering their Penne Bolognese. The first time, I opted for linguine instead of penne. Last night, I chose the penne. The pasta was cooked to perfection. It had that homemade vs $1.25 box from the grocery store shelf. I'm not sure if the actual noodles are homemade but they sure do taste like they are. The perfect texture (especially that linguine!!) which I preferred over the penne but that's just due to personal preference...both options were outstanding. It came in a 9 inch (I think) tin and I'd venture to say that there was the same amount of pasta in that tin as there is when you cook a box at home, so about 16 oz but I'd say even more than that. More than enough for two people. Onto the sauce...this was not some thin marinara sauce, no. This was "gravy". Thick and flavorful sauce that tasted like it had been slow cooking on low all day. Pieces of fresh basil in it, not too much garlic and the perfect amount of sweetness. It was PACKED with ground beef. Like about a whole pound. With the prices what they are these days for ingredients like meat, I feel like I definitely got my money's worth with this option. The amount of ground beef in the sauce alone would cost about what you'd pay at the grocery store for just the meat...so the $15ish I paid for this meal that was enough for 2 meals was well worth it. It had that homemade pasta dish taste that I have never gotten when ordering takeout from other local establishments in the past. The meal also came with a salad and two delicious and soft garlic bread knots. I will be ordering from Fournos again. Oh and the people that work there are so nice and friendly. Fourno's toppings game is stronger than my resolve to stick to a diet. They pile them on with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store – if that kid had impeccable taste.
